Hi Bahroz, great videos. Just did my digit challenge. The total time was 5 minutes. It got harder much faster than I’ve seen. Lots of 4 number addition and subtraction not a lot of multiplication.

For the second application rejection email it said this: “Just so you know when a position has the same assessment steps that you already have successfully completed, you won’t need to redo the assessments again, since your previous results will be valid for 12 months from the time you completed the assessment.” It seems like I passed the assessment, but I’m not sure. I’m trying to post the full email but my comments are being blocked. Timeline was applied. 3 days later took assessment. Role was pulled from website 7 days later (with no email to me the role was filled). 2 days after applied for similar job title. Was rejected from similar job title 3 days later, no comment on 1st app yet.

Hello, can anybody tell me when is the deadline of the online assessment test? Because there is no such an clear deadline from the email that I got from P&G regarding this deadline.
for the digits, i got some numbers that were impossible to add up using 3 single digits. is this normal? They asked me to add up to 32 with 3 numbers but i did 9+8+7 to get as close to to32 as possible

the grid thing is hard, man... i didn't know anything about the test, just kept clicking, and reached pretty high like 12-15 level in switch and digit... but then they started blinking dots and shit, and I completely lost it haha.. got to level 2/3 of that..
@@AM-jx3zf ohhh that’s not a good news… although this is the first time I get to hear that they didn’t clear even after reaching 12-15 level… I believe the reason could be that some of those were not correct… otherwise I know folks who have cleared with just 10+…

We will now perform a comprehensive review of your application, assessment results, and resume. You will hear from us within the next 30 days. In case you don’t receive an answer from us by then, please return to your candidate home and check to see if any communications or tasks were sent there. Doest it mean that online assessment passed successfully and I will be invited to the next step?

Thanks for sharing the easy-to-understand logic through this video. Just wanted to ask whether it's only the levels that matter or the levels with the difficulty of the questions. Higher numbers of levels with lower difficulty fetch more marks or 1/2 levels down but with the higher difficulty of questions will fetch more marks.

@Bahroz Abbas How much time is on the digit challenge? I have seen some videos where people start with 5 mins and some where people start with 6 mins...
I studied and only got to level 6 in the digit challenge. The video is a bit outdated they mostly only ask questions on 4-digit mixed subtraction and addition and that's where I was getting stuck. I have no problem with the multiplication but they didn't ask any questions on that.

I probably didn't do my best in the digit challenge but I followed your guidance for the PEAK performance test, got to level 10 in the switch challenge and passed all the levels in the grid challenge (5 levels in part 1, 4 levels in part 2 and 3 levels in part 3) Do you think I have a good chance at passing this year? I passed last year and did standout but this year I'm applying to a full time role so I'm hoping I have good metrics for the exam.
I reached level 27 on switch challenge and level 19 on digit and completed the grid challenge also, yet I was rejected. Do they reject candidates on the basis of personality questions?

Hi Bahroz, love your content, really helped me ace my interactive assessments (I passed them). However, I think I am in a weird situation here and would love for your input on this. To summarize the timeline of events, I applied for a position, the position link was then taken down saying that it has been filled. Almost a month later I got an email from P&G saying that I had passed the assessment but the position was filled. A few days later I get a job alert that the job is back online (but with a few tweaks), the job number for the one I applied to and the newly posted one is the same - hence I cannot apply for this "new" position because I have already applied to it. In such a situation where I applied and the only communication I received was that the role has been filled but the job has been reposted, would the hiring team still be considering me for the role? Or am I out of the race since I have already been told that the position has been filled? Do you think I should reach out to someone from the company regarding this? For added context this job role is for Dubai, UAE. Much love and amazing content!!
One thing you can check is if you apply with a different id… nevertheless if the position is actually open they will let you apply or use your original application… but you can try using a different id
Hello Bahroz, you said that we need to follow the steps multiplication, addition and then subtraction. But none of the answers followed this rule. Take this for example : 7-1+6=12. Are you sure they ask to follow bodmas because the answer will come even if we don’t follow it.
@@bahroz i was saying the same thing following operations wouldnt it be addition before subtraction so with those numbers it would be 7-(1+6)= 0 for the answer to be 12 wouldnt it have to be for example 15- (1+3)= 12

1- you can’t change the sequence. 2- I have a video for each of the test types check out the playlist on my channel.. 3- time for each test is between 5-6mins

In the digit test for the equations part if you get it wrong it sends you on to the next one or until you answer correctly it doesn't send you on? When does the test start do you have to do the peak assignment or interactive test? can we decide what to start with? thank you very much
@@bahroz No, Mr. Abbas, after test got complered, it was followed with the message " we are saving your result". Nothing else turned up on UI. Laster after a minute I received a mail stating what is mentioned in a comment.
Hello Bahroz, I reached Level 9 on the switch challenge (didn't have enough time to hit my answer for 10) and Level 11 for digit and passed all the grid questions. Is that good??
Hey Bahroz, I completed assessments today and I really have to thank you for all the tips you have shared in your videos. I reached level 20 in the digit challenge was on level 12 on the switch challenge and really good in the grid challenge (using the smart hack technique) unfortunately, they sent me an email saying that based on the results of the online assessment you have completed, we will not be advancing your application to the next step. According to the comments I went through I thought close to level 15 would be a good chance of moving ahead. I don't see a reason why they did this but is there a way we can find out the results or can you tell me a reason behind this that would be helpful for future endeavors.Thanks!
Yeah sure this is their whole email response : Thank you for the time you have recently dedicated to follow the selection process. This is to inform you about the status of your application for the position: IT MANAGER (JAN-MAY 2024 START DATES) / GESTIONNAIRE INFORMATIQUE (DATES DE DÉBUT JAN-MAI 2024) at P&G. Unfortunately, based on the results of the online assessment that you have completed, we will not be advancing your application to the next step. You will be able to retake the online assessment after 12 months (any application completed before one year for a position at the same job level won’t be considered). Since this is a mandatory step of the P&G selection process, you cannot qualify for a position in P&G until you successfully pass the assessments required for that role. Hi thanks for reaching out. 1) Not sure what you mean by protected. 2) Although there is no timeline, I would not wait more than week once I receive the link. 3) you can chose to give one test at a time. You don’t need to do them back to back…

Just want to confirm since I read this statement in their document. "If you continue beyond this step of the process, we may verify your ability to solve these types of problems under supervised conditions." 2. I have already received their link, I haven't clicked the link yet. Hi Bahroz, I completed the online assessment almost 2 days ago but I did not receive any automated email confirmation similar to what I have been seeing here in the comments. Also, getting an immediate invitation to do the interactive test after the peak test is an indication you passed the first one, or is it just routine?

@@bahroz Hi I followed up as you said and one of the HR staff in my country said that this phase was led by P&G international and a response could take 2/3 weeks. I did the assessment on 17 February and so far I haven't received any email. Does this mean I have passed the online assessment and now I am at the stage of seeing if I will be called for an interview from how my CV looks? Regards

However, one question I wanna ask you - When we have a difficult question, should we try to take time and figure out the correct answer to get the higher level OR try to answer it (whether it's correct or incorrect answer) and go to the next question? Which one is important here? Quality of the answer or Quantity of the answer? Thank you

Hey Bahroz, am i wrong to say that going higher level in switch does not really mean much because regardless of whether you answer it correctly or not, the level keeps increasing. What really matters is how difficult it gets with each increase in level. Isn’t that right? The more difficult it gets, the better you are performing right? Also, what is the most difficult level in the switch? Any idea?
Thank you for your videos and also acknowledging my question. I managed to solve 12 questions in the switch section of the assessment and managed to reach the advanced level difficulty where there are column of three and row of two operators (level 7) it got extremely challenging at that level but didn’t manage to go beyond that difficulty level. Is that a good sign or or not?

Hi Bahroz, I just finished all the assessments and this is the email I received from them: “We have reviewed your qualifications and, unfortunately, we will not be able to process your application further. This decision is only valid for the above-mentioned position; you can still apply for other P&G jobs that might fit you better!” They didn’t tell me exactly if I passed or failed the assessment so I’m not really sure, can you enlighten me please.

Hello sir, two weeks earlier i got the assessment link and attempted it within a week. Yesterday i got a mail about completion of online assessment test and in the portal its showing "Interview in process" but i didn't receive any separate mail saying "you are shortlisted for the interview". I'm confused ryt now. So according to the portal "am i shortlisted for the interview" ?? Should i start preparing for it ??

Hi Bahroz' Thanks for making all videos. I covered all of your videos before taking my Peak Performance and Interactive test. My test went really well but in switch section i covered only 9 levels. In digit i covered 16 and grid i covered all 3 sections. My all answers will be right hopefully. My Q is can switch section will impact my overall result?
There is a minimum score you need for every challenge type but once you cross that then your points in digit can help pull your overall score up even if it wasn’t great in other sections…

Mr. Abbas, I completed Interactive test and in digit Challenge I could reach up to level 13 (It went good) and in Switch Challenge, up to level 12 (I would NOT say that it went well) while in Grid Challenge it went really well. Also, I received a mail from P&G soon after completing test stating "Thank you for completing your Assessments! You’re making great progress. We will now perform a comprehensive review of your application, assessment results, and resume. There is no deadline but I strongly recommend not to take more than a week to finish the test…

the grid thing is hard, man... i didn't know anything about the test, just kept clicking, and reached pretty high like 12-15 level in switch and digit... but then they started blinking dots and shit, and I completely lost it haha.. got to level 2/3 of that..
Did you make use of the marker technique for the grid…. ?

Thanks for sharing the easy-to-understand logic through this video. Just wanted to ask whether it's only the levels that matter or the levels with the difficulty of the questions. Higher numbers of levels with lower difficulty fetch more marks or 1/2 levels down but with the higher difficulty of questions will fetch more marks.

I studied and only got to level 6 in the digit challenge. The video is a bit outdated they mostly only ask questions on 4-digit mixed subtraction and addition and that's where I was getting stuck. I have no problem with the multiplication but they didn't ask any questions on that.
Up to 6 levels you get easy question which is add and subtract they only get to multiplication once you move above 8 levels

I probably didn't do my best in the digit challenge but I followed your guidance for the PEAK performance test, got to level 10 in the switch challenge and passed all the levels in the grid challenge (5 levels in part 1, 4 levels in part 2 and 3 levels in part 3) Do you think I have a good chance at passing this year? I passed last year and did standout but this year I'm applying to a full time role so I'm hoping I have good metrics for the exam.

Hi Bahroz, love your content, really helped me ace my interactive assessments (I passed them). However, I think I am in a weird situation here and would love for your input on this.
To summarize the timeline of events, I applied for a position, the position link was then taken down saying that it has been filled. Almost a month later I got an email from P&G saying that I had passed the assessment but the position was filled. A few days later I get a job alert that the job is back online (but with a few tweaks), the job number for the one I applied to and the newly posted one is the same - hence I cannot apply for this "new" position because I have already applied to it.
In such a situation where I applied and the only communication I received was that the role has been filled but the job has been reposted, would the hiring team still be considering me for the role? Or am I out of the race since I have already been told that the position has been filled? Do you think I should reach out to someone from the company regarding this?
For added context this job role is for Dubai, UAE.

One thing you can check is if you apply with a different id… nevertheless if the position is actually open they will let you apply or use your original application… but you can try using a different id
Hello Bahroz, you said that we need to follow the steps multiplication, addition and then subtraction. But none of the answers followed this rule. Take this for example : 7-1+6=12. Are you sure they ask to follow bodmas because the answer will come even if we don’t follow it.
Hmmm not clear if you follow the rule in the example you shared the answer is still correct..
@@bahroz i was saying the same thing following operations wouldnt it be addition before subtraction so with those numbers it would be 7-(1+6)= 0 for the answer to be 12 wouldnt it have to be for example 15- (1+3)= 12
The rule is you solve what’s in the bracket first …

1- you can’t change the sequence.

3- time for each test is between 5-6mins

Hey Bahroz, I completed assessments today and I really have to thank you for all the tips you have shared in your videos. I reached level 20 in the digit challenge was on level 12 on the switch challenge and really good in the grid challenge (using the smart hack technique) unfortunately, they sent me an email saying that based on the results of the online assessment you have completed, we will not be advancing your application to the next step. According to the comments I went through I thought close to level 15 would be a good chance of moving ahead. I don't see a reason why they did this but is there a way we can find out the results or can you tell me a reason behind this that would be helpful for future endeavors.Thanks!

Hey Bahroz, am i wrong to say that going higher level in switch does not really mean much because regardless of whether you answer it correctly or not, the level keeps increasing. What really matters is how difficult it gets with each increase in level. Isn’t that right? The more difficult it gets, the better you are performing right? Also, what is the most difficult level in the switch? Any idea?

I managed to solve 12 questions in the switch section of the assessment and managed to reach the advanced level difficulty where there are column of three and row of two operators (level 7) it got extremely challenging at that level but didn’t manage to go beyond that difficulty level. I just took the test and I received a 30 day notice period. Is it good or bad? I have read on the internet that is not good if you receive a notice period. Do you guys agree ?

Hello sir, two weeks earlier i got the assessment link and attempted it within a week. Yesterday i got a mail about completion of online assessment test and in the portal its showing "Interview in process" but i didn't receive any separate mail saying "you are shortlisted for the interview". I'm confused ryt now. So according to the portal "am i shortlisted for the interview" ?? Should i start preparing for it ??

Hi Bahroz' Thanks for making all videos. I covered all of your videos before taking my Peak Performance and Interactive test. My test went really well but in switch section i covered only 9 levels. In digit i covered 16 and grid i covered all 3 sections. My all answers will be right hopefully. My Q is can switch section will impact my overall result?
There is a minimum score you need for every challenge type but once you cross that then your points in digit can help pull your overall score up even if it wasn’t great in other sections…

Mr. Abbas, I completed Interactive test and in digit Challenge I could reach up to level 13 (It went good) and in Switch Challenge, up to level 12 (I would NOT say that it went well) while in Grid Challenge it went really well. Also, I received a mail from P&G soon after completing test stating "Thank you for completing your Assessments! You’re making great progress. We will now perform a comprehensive review of your application, assessment results, and resume.
You will hear from us within the next 30 days

I have recently completed my assessment by seeing your videos it was very helpful
My digit round level was 10
Switch was level 15
And in the shape round all the dots were correct and reaming is almost correct.

1. Is this test proctored?
2. Can I use a calculator to answer the digit questions?
And how many questions approximately should be answered correctly in each challenge to pass the test?

3. I would say 12 plus would get you a good 90% chance…

Not half of the test… but yes you can appear for the three tests over different times and days
