Love the 500 days narrative you added! Super creative and relatable. Working from home does get lonely and uninspiring in the long run. Wish there is a way to still keep it exciting.
Anyways, keep up the good work 😍

You are so brave to share this. I had a similar experience working at a unicorn. Stress was at an all time high, working culture was toxic, mental health was at all time low, and to add to my woes, work wasnt inspiring enough. Now i am sitting at home, jobless, but still find it worth it for my mental peace.

As a share holder and former employee of 21 years, I can attest to the power of women at P&G! The company is the leading innovator in woke behavior and its madness far exceeds that of Bud Light. But somehow they always manage to dodge the boycott! They’re too many toxic feminist managers at P&G who fire successful men they cannot honestly complete with. The toxic feminist’s created “TOXIC MASCULINITY” and weaponized it first internally against men they are unqualified to manage!
Their smear campaign was so effective that it emboldened them to go public by forcing it down the throats of civilization with their toxic Gillette attack ad! They’ve been unethically firing the smartest most valuable and successful men at P&G for about two decades. They’ve been using severance package contracts to disguise and hide firings as voluntary separations. The impact of this bad behavior has totally devastated the stock leaving it flat for over 20 years! A stock that used to split every 5 to 7 years hasn’t seen a split in well over 20 years and there’s still no light at the end of the tunnel!

I quit after 6mths working for P&G 20 years back, much to their shock. After all the hoops you have to jump through just to get the job. Couldnt stand the institutionalised bullcrap and sales pressure hype that was just so unrealistic. I know it was supposed to be the epitomy of success joining this company. One of my colleagues who started with me actually started having major anxiety problems and heart palpitations. I was like nope not for me and got out of there. Unfortunately P&G is similar to many global companies who say they are all about their people, but lets be honest here....its all about the $$$$$. I am a strong believer in trust your instincts and judgement and good on you for getting out.

@@superninja6481stayed in similar role but did try out another couple of corp global companies. One was great to begin with but then started to change so many of us left. 2 others I tried were again dreadful. I then realised that more med sized companies or if lucky, family owned companies were the best. I have since progressed now to having my own business and enjoying the independence.

Former P&G employee here, and I must say, this company attracts individuals who dedicate their lives to their work. While there's a system outlined to prioritize employee well-being holistically on paper, in reality, it falls short. There's a pervasive culture of overachievement where around 90% of employees are hardcore workaholics, leaving little room for a life outside of the company. If you enjoy that lifestyle, be my guest
