    I think for all engineering positions, all kind of tests are a must😂
    Wish me luck as I am still practicing with the most difficult one for me, the grid challenge.
    Thanks for you valuable information.

    For the grid challenge, are we also supposed to consider the sequence each dot appeared along with their position?

    I purchased your simulation pack and I am using it to practice, it has been extremely helpful. In the switch challenge, if I get to level 16 without missing any questions, do you think this is competitive? From level 11, I start getting the hard one with 6 options, and I answer those without getting anyone wrong, but I run out of time by the 16th question.
    In your experience, do you think this is competitive or do you think I should be answering as high as 20 questions to get through to the interview stage?

      I'm glad our prep course is helpful! We try to be as close as we can to the real test.
      Regarding the Switch Challenge, 16 straight correct answers will lead to a very high score, I'm impressed.
      Of course, the more the better, but be careful not to make mistakes along the way.

      @@JobtestprepUk I’ve taken my test and here’s my feedback.
      The prep pack was 100% similar to the real test. So it took away the nervousness from understanding a system under tests conditions.
      Switch Challenge: I believe I got all the questions right here because by the 11th level I started seeing the 6 option questions and I kept seeing them till the end, meaning that I most likely didn’t miss anyone. I got to the 18th level on hard questions.
      Digit Challenge: This is where I’m most worried about because I made a silly mistake on the second question. Although I didn’t miss any after that and got to the 11th level, I’m worried about the penalty for missing a question so early into the section.
      Grid Challenge: It was pretty easy, thanks to practice using the test pack. So I’m pretty sure I got all correct.
      Summary: If you can, buy the test pack because it helps you get familiar with the system under timed conditions.
      I’ll update when I get my final decision, pray for me hahah

    If applying for an internship position/ associate in r&d , do you believe I will need to complete all 3 challenges and if so what level do you believe is appropriate to pass the switch challenge?

    • @JobtestprepUk
      @JobtestprepUk  3 года назад +1

      For most positions, you have to take all 3 challenges and the PEAK Performance Assessment. In some cases, and I can't predict where and when, you only need to take the PEAK or the PEAK + Grid.
      And there is no known "passing grade", but we do believe that in the Switch and Digit challenges if you can answer the first 9-11 questions correct with no mistakes, you're bound to pass these. This is because the test is adaptive, and once you get a question wrong, you are demoted to less difficult questions.
      The Grid challenge is not adaptive but we believe the passing score is about 70-80% getting the questions correct, with a bit more emphasis on the locations of the dots. However, these are all speculations, as P&G and Aon Assessments don't publish score reports.

    Hello Arbel, I want to apply for a strategic sales position, what about the sales virtual job interview? Do you know anything about that? Do you have materials to practice? Thank you so much for answering

    • @JobtestprepUk
      @JobtestprepUk  3 года назад +1

      Yes, for many sales positions, there is a different test than the regular P&G Online Assessment. This test is called the Procter & Gamble Virtual Job Preview.
      We have a good prep for it, but I have to say it’s not as accurate as the regular P&G practice I’ve talked about in the video.
      You can find information about this test here - www.jobtestprep.com/procter-and-gamble-virtual-job-preview-prep

      Are you sure that you are about to take the VJP? Was the name “Virtual Job Preview” mentioned specifically in the email?

    Hello Arbel, I applied for a Operations specialist position at P & G and on my test I only got the Grid challenge and Peak performance, does this happen for some job positions ? Or you think there is a issue with my test link ? I was surprised to NOT see the digit challenge and switch challenge on my test . I got the usual we will get back to you in 30 days response , btw I did buy your P and G test prep kit and it is a really good product.

    • @JobtestprepUk
      @JobtestprepUk  3 года назад +2

      Hi Pradeep, this very interesting. We do know that in some cases, you only get the PEAK Performance Assessment, but in the majority of cases, you get all the challenges + PEAK.
      This is the first time I hear about getting only the Grid Challenge, so this is a very rare case. However, I don't think there was an issue or error in your assessment. It was just the decision of the specific recruiter.
      It's important to understand that there are no rules for this - you can't infer from your specific case about other Operations Specialists in different places.
      Regarding the 30 day response, it's automatic so you can ignore it. I hope you get the position and thank you for the feedback and info.

      @@UTKARSHSINGHBPI Unfortunately, we couldn't find a pattern or rule for this. I believe it depends on the specific position, place, and recruiter. A year and a half is a long time and things can change. Also, did you apply for the same role in the same exact place geographically?

    Hello sir, in case of supply chain manager, they only offer me to attend the peak challenge. I wan not see any other option to attend the grid challenge. I think there is a problem in P&G site regarding this. And in basic of this they rejected me. Because the the total test pattern is combined of two tests grid and peak, but I couldn't attend the grid the main aptitude test and they rejected me that's not fair sir.

    • @JobtestprepUk
      @JobtestprepUk  3 года назад

      I'm sorry to hear this. In some cases, there is only the PEAK Performance Assessment, with no challenges, so this could be the case and not an error in the assessment. However, if you do believe there was a bug, you should contact the recruiter or P&G support and ask for a retest.
