Know what you mean about Denmark,Pete,I used to do regular run to airbase near KARUP in the north not the most stimulating drive but the people are nice and crime rate low so swings and roundabouts lot of your vids bring back memories to an old retired driver keep em coming mate safe travels mate
Loved you little dance on the Spanish/French border, reminded me of haw used to be before Europe 😂😂 had a few, shall we say, interesting exchanges on borders back then. Great job 👍
Hi sheralin. As a retired coach driver i loved this crossing but Portsmouth was a nightmare. From driving off the ship to getting to the passenger terminal food be an hour. The passengers thought I was never coming.
Hi, I use to work for Brittany ferries as an engineer. Change of crews are on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They only happen in France never in another country.
Brilliant video as always, keep up the good qork, kove the hearty sound of your sxania too Reckon M and S should pay to get them potholes resurfaced on that lane in chipping camden. I'll be watchibg next one i am a relatively ndw subscriber /viewer so i am playing catcb up at the no x
Yes. You finish day as normal, then when you move to get on ferry you put it into ferry mode to get on. When you park again on ferry you put it back onto bed. Thanks for watching.
Just to be clear, the pack house does not belong to M&S and packs for many supermarkets, it was just the organic produce I brought in that was for M&S. The farm and pack house was there before the houses were built, the occupants were fully aware.
You may be thinking of a different one, Cotentin was launched in 2007. I think the Bretangne is their oldest now, that was built in 1989. I’m sure Google could help 😁😁 Thanks for watching.
@@GBtrucklady You're right the old Cotentin (The boat we were thinking of) was sold and renamed, then later scrapped in 2012; just googled it. A different boat, same name.👍🏻
The camera mirrors arent easy when you back on a bay you think you are straight butyou end up not straight but once used to them they ok ,n when you go back to mirrors easy life .grest video keep it up .for got if u are backing blind side the camera follows the trl it strange until u get use to it .
The Stennaline (formerly Merchant Ferries) crossing from Birkenhead to Belfast. It’s not the most fancy or scenic crossing but my Mom was from County Antrim and my best friend is in South Derry, to me it’s my safe place, it’s like going home. 😊
Sounds twattish ( pun intended ) sort ya mike out, love. Like this stuff, but it seems to be "a common fault" among y/tubers. Great content, but dreadful acoustics. P.s. I chuckled when ya said ya do'nt listen to folk; That's the very reason why waggoners end up doing the job.( Ca'nt think of another reason. )

Just found you, great video
Awesome, thank you!
Do you put the tacho on ferry mode from bed when you move from the waiting line onto the ferry then back to bed when you are parked on the ferry ?
Yes. You finish day as normal, then when you move to get on ferry you put it into ferry mode to get on. When you park again on ferry you put it back onto bed. Thanks for watching.
M@S should have a packaging plant that is suitable this size of vehicle, you should be expected to deliver to such unsuitable places

Thought that boat would have been scrapped by now. Used that in nineties.

Witch ferry route is your favorite?

Another cracker,safe trucking as always.
Thank you
How long you been on the road ?
More than 30yrs now……..time flies 😁😁
Why are your videos so small on the screen
No idea. The one you seem to be watching is an older one, maybe a different format to what your device needs.
I hate freight boats . no .

Did that ship used to be on Truckline Ferries, (Poole - Cherbourg) 'Cocoa tin' we used to call it? 🤣 Wow, I didn't know it was still running.
Yes. It’s one of the few Brittany Ferries actually own, most of them are rented. They rented it out for a while but have it back now.
