    Saute Hyacinth Bean
    Ingredients:
    250g hyacinth bean
    3 shallot
    1 garlic
    1 bay leaf (optional)
    1 cm galangal (or ¼ tsp galangal powder), optional
    ¼ tsp salt
    ¼ tsp sugar
    Water 50 ml
    A little cooking oil for frying
    Method:
    Discard both ends and string on both sides of the bean, then wash the bean
    Cut the bean
    Slice shallot and garlic
    Heat oil in a wok
    Saute garlic, shallots, galangal and bay leaves
    Add koro, salt, sugar and water, stir well
    Cook until tender, about 7 minutes
    Saute hyacinth bean is ready to be served
    Tumis Koro
    Bahan-bahan:
    250g koro
    3 bawang merah
    1 bawang putih
    1 daun salam
    1 cm lengkuas
    ¼ sdt garam
    ¼ sdt gula
    Air 50 ml
    Sedikit minyak goreng untuk menumis
    Cara:
    Potong kedua ujung koro, dan buang serat di kedua sisi koro, lalu cuci bersih
    Potong-potong koro
    Iris bawang merah dan bawang putih
    Panaskan minyak di wajan
    Tumis bawang putih, bawang merah, lengkuas dan daun salam sampai harum
    Masukkan koro, garam, gula dan air, lalu aduk rata
    Masak sampai empuk kira kira 7 menitan
    Tumis koro siap disajikan
