    Stir Fry Papaya
    Stir Fry Papaya
    Ingredients:
    200g papaya (1/2 medium sized papaya)
    2 red onions
    1 garlic
    1 tsp salt
    ½ tsp salt
    ¼ tsp galangal powder (or 1 cm fresh galangal)
    1 bay leaf (optional)
    1-2 tsp oil for frying
    Method:
    Peel the papaya and cut into matchsticks, wash clean, set aside
    Slice shallots and garlic
    Heat a little oil in a wok
    Saute shallots and garlic and bay leaf
    Add papaya, salt, sugar, galangal, stir well
    Cook until the papaya is tender, about 10 minutes
    If the stir fry is a bit dry, you can add a little water
    Adjust to taste
    Stir fry papaya is ready to be served
    Tumis Pepaya
    200g pepaya muda (1/2 pepaya muda ukurane sedang)
    2 bawang merah
    1 bawang putih
    1 sdt garam
    ½ sdt garam
    ¼ sdt lengkuas bubuk (atau 1 cm lengkuas segar)
    1 lembar daun salam (optional)
    1-2 sdt minyak untuk menumis
    Cara:
    Kupas pepaya dan iris korek api, cuci bersih, sisihkan
    Iris bawang merah dan bawang putih
    Panaskan sedikit minyak di wajan
    Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih , daun salam sampai harum,
    Masukkan pepaya, garam gula, lengkuas, aduk rata
    Masak sampai pepaya empuk kira kira 10 menit
    Jika tumisan agak kering, bisa ditambahkan sedikit air
    Cicipi rasa
    Tumis pepaya siap disajikan
