I have also started taking vit D3 and Omega 3 capsules and multi vitamin.Thanks a lot ma'am for such a wonderful video. I am having hypo thyroid since 1996 . I started with 150mcg thyroxin and have now come down to 112.5 mcg. Just before COVID my dr. Reduced my dosage n I gained 5 kgs . This happened twice so I gained 10 kgs during both COVID years . I am an active 53 yr old lady. Before COVID I weighed 74 kgs. My height is 5'6". Since some time my weight is increasing constantly though I am working and have a hectic schedule. Keep walking most of the day. I got my tests done and my TSH and T4 are within normal range whereas T3 was a bit on the higher side . I was also having bad ache in my ankle and foot so I have started Becosule . I hardly eat sweets and dairy products as I am lactose intolerant. I am a non vegetarian though. I hope after following the steps in this video, I lose some weight as my weight today is 91 kgs and I desperately want to lose it. In case there is any other tip/ advice for me , please let me know ma'am.
I wrote this story because I know there may be many others who are suffering the same way. Your response would benefit many ,🙏
