No certifications. FWC says homemade is fne. It should however have to be attached to a rod and be ready to be used while engaging in reef or bottom fishing the use the phrase “readily accessible”.
So you'd think but it's been in my bag for about 2 years now and not the first spec of rust on it. Also great for the guys that can't get one last minute and are required to have it by law.

Ha ha!! I always catch the small ones!! The state requires a minimum of 16 ounces.
