      Everyone here in Australia thinks it's the foster mum, so do the police it's just the police don't have enough evidence to charge her yet. She's in & out of questioning on the regular & she hasn't got a positive backstory & past

    I agree that the foster parents know more than they are saying. I don’t think the police have enough evidence to charge anyone. Sending love to William.

    Personally, while i agree abduction is unlikely, i don't see why a family would engage in a cover-up over a straight forward accident.
    My conclusion is that either the foster mother or grandmother did something, which directly caused the childs death. It could have been something as simple as a rage-filled outburst, causing the youngster to flee without thinking. But whatever it was, an adult was the cause of it

    • @Trev-jz6yw
      @Trev-jz6yw 6 месяцев назад

      I think the abduction scenario is very unlikeyl. That area is remote! It’s not like being in downtown or a city or something. And I could maybe see him wondering off but they would have found him or something and the dogs had no scent of him wondering off either. Everything points towards the family or the step mom!! Also like you said what would have happened to of prevented them from calling emergency services? If it was just an accident then what would they have been scared of

  • @rachapach6192
    @rachapach6192 6 месяцев назад +19

    While I do agree that the police jumbled this case in the beginning, I think the foster mom knows much more than she’s letting on. I think an accident occurred as well. Williams real mother said she had suspicions about the foster mom since the beginning. She said she even found bruises on William. So maybe it wasn’t an accident. Unfortunately, unless William is found, we will never know.

    • @Tully_23_32

      Then if the biological mum was so worried about abuse from the foster mum, why did the biological mum have William taken away from her. Everyone in Australia thinks it's the foster mum, the police thinks it's the foster mum, they just don't have enough evidence to charge her yet. Also the police didn't jumble the case either. Kendall is a small town & so the local police don't have a big unit & it's a very long way from Sydney where there's much larger units across the city. It's a quiet bush town & where not much at all happens. So the police did as much as they could before asking for assistance from Sydney.

      @@Tully_23_32 I don’t know if the children protective services is as awful as it is here in America but I’m sure it is. From what I’ve read it’s just as terrible. Yes, Williams parents had some domestic violence things going on between each other and in the past some drug offenses I believe. William was actually removed from them because the parents were supposed to be apart and were spotted by protective services at a local Ryde store together. The bio grandmother helped them hide William and his sister away so they wouldn’t be snatched away from them. Which inevitably happened anyway. The birth family spent what was a a fortune to them - $4500 - on lawyers to try and retain custody of William, but it wasn't enough. Ensconced in the couple's comfortable home, William was encouraged to call his foster parents 'mummy and daddy' and they began to be against contact visits with the birth parents, which the foster mum said 'disrupted William'. The whole situation was awful and the foster parents should have been looked into immediately as suspects. Just because they were wealthy they were treated differently. That’s what happened.

    • @rachapach6192
      @rachapach6192 6 месяцев назад +6

      The bio mom was treated like crap.. the foster mom said it “disrupted” William so she didn’t want him to see his mother anymore. The parents had issues, yes. But they never had any abuse allegations against the kids. They lost the kids because the parents weren’t supposed to be together and they were spotted at a store by child services. The mom paid 4500 dollars trying to keep her kid but it didn’t work. The foster parents were treated differently because they were wealthy. It’s so messed up. I hope the foster parents end up in jail. Sorry not sorry.

    A fairly common belief in Australia is that a true accident (or possibly an “accident” caused by foster mum) lead to poor William’s death. Worried that they would also loose custody of their other foster child they covered it up and it got very out of hand, very quickly and led to huge media coverage. Sadly unless his body or some other evidence is found it’s probably won’t be solved.

    It's weird hearing New South Wales called NSW as us from NSW & the country don't call it NSW, we call my state New South Wales, even tho it is abbreviated to NSW on paper. It's only Western Australia, South Australia, Australian Capital Territory & Northern Territory that get called as WA, SA, the ACT & the NT or the Top End. In saying that tho nobody overseas, except our siblings across the ditch in NZ can pronounce any Aussie name correct especially Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra & even Australia is pronounced wrong.

    He fell from the balcony, or maybe a tree. Hence the foster mother shoe-horning in that comment in an interview that he was scared to go "too high" when she suggested climbing trees to him. Classic manipulator and professional liar. The she made up something about two suspicious cars watching the property. They had windows down but she could see nobody inside. Makes no sense at all

    This video leaves out many important facts such as the visit being a last-minute decision by the foster parents, and the situation of the grandmother's house next to a dense forest. 60 Minutes Australia did a very good documentary on this case. Charging the mother was a last ditch effort by the police since they had failed for years. they had to nail someone so as not to seem incompetent. The most likely scenario presented here is very irresponsible as there is NO evidence for a fall from the veranda, and the sister is a witness. the actual most likely scenario is that William walked away into the woods and was never found. His body is very small and could remain hidden forever in the dense bush.

    • @Trev-jz6yw
      @Trev-jz6yw 6 месяцев назад +1

      Yes his body is small and obviously animals eating his remains but wouldn’t his clothing or something be found? And how far could he of gotten without no one finding him and I just can’t see him wondering that far alone into dense wilderness, I’ve watched the 60 minute one on this case too and that’s the one thing I can’t get over is the terrain, it’s very dense and thick and rough and a child his age isn’t going to walk that far through that enough no never be found at all and remember the dogs never picked up his scent either if he were to of wondered off the dogs would of picked up his scent

    • @HumanimalChannel

      The trip was a planned teip (the foster mother's mither was getting her house in order, as she was moving and planned to sell it).
      They decided to go up a day earlier though, on Thursday night, not Saturday night.
      People make a mistake often, assuming it was Saturday when it all kicked off.

    I just don’t know how the dogs didn’t pick up his scent if he wondered off so I don’t believe that, and the terrain is so dense and rugged that I doubt a small child would go that far into the forest to not be found. And if an animal took em we would of found something by now, or had some blood left behind that someone would of noticed it but no clothes, shoes, something from his costume, human remains, bones something!! I think siting happened to him and it was covered up but if it was an accident why cover it up? Why it was covered up and not reported is strange! Did the father run him over or something on accident and t didn’t want to be blamed or something??

      Regarding William's shoes...
      Have you listened to the foster mother's 000 call?
      She really got caught out about shoes. I think it wasnt a question she anticipated. Listening to it i dont believe her hesitancy is her simply pausing to think. She really had to imagine what she had just done and decide what she needed to say about shoes. Its likely she already had a dissociative experience around the event and couldn't remember .
      IMO
