This is the Robert Maxwell who ripped off a pension fund belonging to one of his companies. My father (RIP) and many others lost their pension as a result. My father struggled financially during the last few years of his life thanks to this man.

Yes - he was a domineering and bullying father with a deeply unsettling relationship with Ghislaine. She was shattered by his death, and it seems that her relationship with Epstein was an effort to replace that hole in her life. It doesn't' excuse her behaviour, but it does go some way towards explaining it.

@@istudios225 exactly if its claimed the cameras showed no foul play and they claimed that it was impossible for anyone to get aboard the yacht without being noticed then, it follows that there should be video of him falling overboard accidentally, wilfully or against his will. The sheer lack of it just confirms cover-up, be that in words or by the lack of the missing footage.
Personally, I believe he was murdered by a government, by who I'm unsure of. Radar at night around the yacht does not preclude access to the ship, after all it must be monitored around the clock without any breaks and that is the only way to say there was no craft approached the yacht, secondly the radar was not sonar, therefore it would not show subaquatic vessels i.e. two-man minisubs, to close with the yacht climb aboard and find him near the stern taking 'a leak', a simple neck strike to render him unconscious overdose via injection and over the side he goes, the assassin climbs back into the minisub and away.
Israel, Russia and Great Britain all operate mini sub for their respective special forces, as do many other nations including the USA, and Spain (Spain is mentioned purely by being the closest nation, purely geographical, not because there is any connection or theory of such connection). All had reason (motive), and all have the intelligence services to make it happen. Being buried in the country that just killed you is the perfect cover-up too, so saying because he was given a state level funeral in Israel on the Mount of Olives, somehow proves it wasn't Israel is exactly the thing Israel would do to deflect attention.
I believe he could have been injected with Potassium Chloride (KCI (K = Potassium + Cl = Chloride)), this breaks down in the human body (metabolises) to potassium and chloride ions both commonly found in human bodies of everyone alive and recently deceased. The presence of KCI would present as a heart failure and may lead to some kidney damage, however this would require a prolonged exposure to establish the kidney damage the heart failure though would be Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD) which is the highest natural death in the USA as an example of how common SCD is so Potassium Chloride injected into the neck would not take long to reach the heart and cause the SCD, this would then be reported as a heart attack by pathologists and postmortem leading to drowning, the unconsciousness, from a blow to the neck, the injection of KCI creating a heart attack and then the natural progression of a wet drowning as a result of heart failure.
This was an assassination, Maxwell was a greedy and self-assured tosser who wanted everyone's money, he would never have topped himself and there was no claim he was drunk or that the sea was unduly unsettled so why would he fall over board, he was a grown man who has stood on his own two feet a long time, I'm sure he would have been aware he was on his yacht and made himself steady to pee. Falling overboard without good reason does not sit right. The lack of video tells me there are lies being told, as we would see him making his way to where he never returned from. Even if the video did not show the disappearance/assassination/fall etc.
The complete lack of video despite the claims it was well covered by cctv means it is false to claim it was well covered or it has been 'lost' accidentally on purpose.
It may have involved the prearranged m*rder of a Maxwell lookalike (difficult to find, but possible) and the rigging of a post-mortem, as in the case of Kenneth Lay (q.v ). Meanwhile Bob was flown by Mossad to a distant hideaway.
I think it was likely murder with all the enemies he'd made and definitely not suicide being a narcissist and that he was naked, he thought way too much of himself to go out like that.

When the news of Maxwell's death broke, the Mirror's editor, Richard Stott, was interviewed on The News at Ten. At the end, the interviewer said "I understand you spoke to him on the phone the night before - how was he?'
And Richard Stott, a slight twinkle in his eye, replied with an answer that made me laugh out loud.
"He was buoyant."

Being a billionaire doesn't neccesarily mean you are so powerfull that you are untouchable, money is just one of the tools the elite use to control and manipulate, but money isn't the be all, and end all, of true power. For a start, the really powerfull won't let just anyone become that wealthy, unless you are part of the club.

Working in mental health for 30 years I can tell you anyone can experience depression, there is no 'type' of person and also people, particularly men can be experts in hiding their depression. There are many red flags that can be identified if a person might be thinking about ending it, but in a small percentage no indicators at all may be present, a person keeps it all shut inside them and thats what can be so shocking for relatives, they will have been struggling for a long time but just not shared it with anyone. I would imagine a character like Maxwell would be loathe to admit weakness like depression (its not a weakness its a very common illness) particularly in the 80s where it was still stigmatised. One red flag is a sudden lift in mood in the weeks or days before the event, thats why when people say 'so and so was in really good spirits' in the time before means nothing. However chucking yourself off a boat into the water is a bit of a grim way to do it, particularly if you can swim - but he won't have been in a clear thinking state. A heart attack or stroke, or even a feint or blackout could have sent him overboard, his weight and age put him in that risk group which is highly likely. One key fact, he pees off the side of the boat - when we urinate, particularly in the morning we experience a drop in blood pressure called post-micturition syncope Micturition syncope is most common in older men. It happens most often when getting up at night from a deep sleep, obviously as men tend to pee standing up. When your bladder is full, your blood pressure and heart rate are higher. When you empty your bladder during urination, your blood pressure and heart rate drop. This drop causes your blood vessels to widen, or dilate. Factors that can be involved in this can be; hot weather and heat, dehydration, alcohol use as well as many drugs used to treat high blood pressure and other heart conditions. This is what my money is on, he had a pee, felt dizzy or feinted whilst on a boat that was rocking and unsteady and fell in and drowned, depressingly mundane. - . Assassination, who knows - seems less likely but you never know. On the face of it you have an older man, unfit and overweight dealing with an incredibly stressful life changing circumstances so physical or mental illness would be the most obvious explanation. - than the more conspiratorial yet intriguing theory, its usually the most boring and mundane theories that end up being true as they are most likely.

An alternative possibility that wasn't suggested in this video is that his death was faked and he disappeared to avoid his looming legal and money problems.
It seems he had the contacts and money to facilitate that possibility.

He was definitely murdered. You said there were cameras all over the yacht yet no footage of him going overboard and no camera on the stern? The stern is literally the first place to put a camera. Its the ingress/egress point on all yachts and where the engine and rudder are located (critical equipment). It's also where a ship might bump into you from behind. It honestly seems more likely this was the first Jason Bourne mission. Maybe CIA or MI6 or someone got tired of him blackmailing the wrong people.
Luckily, no Tsunami was created when he went overboard.
Maxwell was a very ebullient individual, just a typical gangster who for a while rode roughshod over others to achieve his goals. Dispicable behaviour when he raided the pension schemes of his companies. Not a nice individual.
I was in the fishing harbor crewing on a 160ft Tall Ship when the Ghislaine came in. It was an odd sight, having a big yacht there due to the fact that the harbor was not some top grade place.
It was the working boat fishing harbor, not a place for a fancy motor yacht. The Ghislaine tied up away from everyone with a soldier carrying a machine gun at the end of the gangway.
It was like this for about a month and we had zero idea what was going on with no crew or anyone around. Cars would come and go dropping officials who would go aboard but not a clue what was going on
After a month had passed none of us paid it any more attention. We simply figured the boat had been seized for whatever reason.
I was going to the bar for a beer at the end of the marina and went first into the toilet. As I went through the door I ran straight into an old boat friend mine. It happens a lot. I'd seen him last time in Key West.
Although it didn't make any sense, what's my friend the high end chef doing here in this out of the way....

He immediately got nervous and did the automatic the check your surroundings reaction. He went straight into what seemed to be an automatic response. That the guy was an absolute pig. Wander around the boat naked. He would sit down and eat an entire leg of lamb and drink whiskey.
And he liked to piss off the rail.
It seemed like that's the story and I'm sticking to it kind of answer. He described the interrogations and how the authorities thought he'd been murdered and were trying to put it on a crew member.
So yeah, he had good reason to be nervous and afraid.
The whole experience had made him a nervous wreck and he said that he was done with yachts and was making plans to go live in Wyoming or somewhere and get away from everything.
I never saw him again.
Make of this what you will but I can't see that a legit drowning would make someone there still so unbelievably shaken up months later.

That trip was truly insane and when I finally made it to Falmouth I said that's it, I'm done.

He may well have been born Ján Hoch but not that one. The name that you have given was of a boy born in 1923 who "Captain Bob" claimed to be but there is little doubt that he was born in 2021. In his late teenage years he moved West to Čechy (Bohemia) and was involved in criminality (The First Republic included Ruthenia (Slavic Rusyn)). He may well have used both identities. He gave a different reason for fleeing to France but it was because things were getting too hot for him in Czechoslovakia, the police were after him. In order to avoid forced recruitment into the Czechoslovak Army then based in Marsailles and Adge, he claimed to be the name that you have given, possibly a younger relation who died in childhood, the death not registered to suit the activities of his ilk. At the age of 61, my Dad suffered a stroke that nearly killed him. His mental abilities clouded, he developed a single minded determination to get back to work and that determination helped him with his progress but, other than in his own mind, returning to work was never on the cards. At age 65 his state and work pension came into payment. The work pension lasted 5 years and 2 months. Thanks to savings and my Mum's work pension (not large) and the state pension, my parents lived a somewhat more frugal existence. Eventually the trustees discovered millions of pounds stuffed away in bank accounts of Sherson Lehman (remember Lehman Brothers) and Goldman Sachs. Both banks played fast and loose but fingers were put down their throats and eventually, they were forced to vomit. My Dad's pension was restored at about 20% of what it had been but with no increases for inflation.

What most likely happened was that Robert Maxwell did indeed consider taking his own life that fateful night, just to put an end to the relentless uncertainty of his "position" in this world. He had just stolen pension money, was on the cusp of being caught, was already deeply in debt to various banks, and had apparently annoyed some Mossad co-workers for reasons that were not at all clear to him ... and, really, had few obvious prospects for wiggling out of his predicament (as he had done numerous times before). For someone who had reached such heights of sucess and prominence, to face the terrible humiliation and disgrace of having to face a public trial in which he would be accused of serious crimes, subjected to intense questioning about all aspects of his life, and an orgy of hostile press coverage by rival newpapers whose publishers would be happy to do everything they could to damage his reputation, make allegations that went far beyond those that he was legally charged with,etc. He would even have had to witness his surviving heirs and business partners fighting over his legacy. Any rational man in these circumstances would commit suicide. Better to die qickly in a sea of water than suffer a cruel, lingering death in a sea of condemnation and hostile publicity.
