@parsaamini984 I was too young when it came out and I don't have that much of a connection to spider man with tobey maguire since I'm not a huge spider man fan. I wasn't old enough to watch it came out but for kids who were 6-12 had a better chance of watching it than I did.

I can't believe it's been almost 20 years since the OG Spider-Man movie came out! I remember when I was 9 years old when I first saw this at a pack theater on a Saturday afternoon , have my Spidey outfit and everything! And I remember when everybody had cheered and clapped when Spider-Man had saved not only Mary Jane but also the kids in the end scene when he was fighting against Green goblin man was that such a sight to behold

I remember the TV spots for this and I was like OMG...
You never seen a Spiderman like this swinging through the city. It was awesome. And the sequel was even better. And I laughed at the "You do too much. You're not Superman ya know" line from Aunt Mae. The look To ey gives is like uhhh... What? 🤣
Dawg, i was 9 or 10 when I saw these tv spots and i legit couldn't believe how next level the swinging looked. It was the coolest thing ever, and still is

I enjoyed the Spider- Man live action films with Tobey Maguire. Sam Raimi really did a great job with entertaining us with these films.
Awesome video. The first Spider-Man movie really blew me away when I was 10 years old back in 2002. It's one of my top 10 favorite movies of all time.

On this very day 20 years ago Spider-Man was released in cinemas for the first time. I was born in 2002, so it's cool that I grow alongside the movie. This was such a great start to the trilogy, and I'm so glad that I got to grow up with this as the Spider-Man of my childhood, alongside the other content in the 2000s, which were the Ultimate Spider-Man comics, Spectacular Spider-Man, and the PS2 games. Happy Anniversary.

I had an old friend who had a special edition DVD containing all the "making of" and other stuff like the several disguises and Spiderman suits Toby had to use.

I'm not trying to be offensive to Tobey Maguire but I think Andrew Garfield did a better job at playing Spider-Man I just think that the Amazing Spider-Man films are just a little bit better and I'm still really bummed that we didn't get an Amazing Spider-Man 3 or a Sam Raimi Spider-Man 4 but hey at least we can keep dreaming
