@parsaamini984 I was too young when it came out and I don't have that much of a connection to spider man with tobey maguire since I'm not a huge spider man fan. I wasn't old enough to watch it came out but for kids who were 6-12 had a better chance of watching it than I did.
I can't believe it's been almost 20 years since the OG Spider-Man movie came out! I remember when I was 9 years old when I first saw this at a pack theater on a Saturday afternoon , have my Spidey outfit and everything! And I remember when everybody had cheered and clapped when Spider-Man had saved not only Mary Jane but also the kids in the end scene when he was fighting against Green goblin man was that such a sight to behold

I remember the TV spots for this and I was like OMG... You never seen a Spiderman like this swinging through the city. It was awesome. And the sequel was even better. And I laughed at the "You do too much. You're not Superman ya know" line from Aunt Mae. The look To ey gives is like uhhh... What? 🤣
Dawg, i was 9 or 10 when I saw these tv spots and i legit couldn't believe how next level the swinging looked. It was the coolest thing ever, and still is

On this very day 20 years ago Spider-Man was released in cinemas for the first time. I was born in 2002, so it's cool that I grow alongside the movie. This was such a great start to the trilogy, and I'm so glad that I got to grow up with this as the Spider-Man of my childhood, alongside the other content in the 2000s, which were the Ultimate Spider-Man comics, Spectacular Spider-Man, and the PS2 games. Happy Anniversary.
I was born in December 8 1999 This movie is almost contemporary to me. Good thing Tobey and Willem Dafoe returned in No way home. I had an old friend who had a special edition DVD containing all the "making of" and other stuff like the several disguises and Spiderman suits Toby had to use. What a good video, now it only lies in my memory. PD: Hold on, is that the 3:32 web shooters!!? 😯😲 I thought they never made them for this movie
I'm in the minority here. My favorite spider man is tom Holland but I will always have a soft spot for Tobey maguries spider man. Spider man is not my favorite superhero.
My cinema is playing the Raimi Trilogy again starting this week and I'm catching 1 and 2 in theaters for the first time (Only got to see 3 back then, had to wait for DVD for the others)
16:32 this tv spot tho giving me huge goosebumps everytime and so excited! And I wanna watch this movie again just for the fun of it and a real childhood movie and so as tobey maguire being my favorite Spider-Man actor 🥰
@@Jurassic1993ParkI'm not a huge spider man fan and not my favorite superhero. I was too young when this came out in 2002. My childhood of this trilogy was the 2nd and 3rd films.
@Jurassic1993Park you're childhood was probably the early 2000s and grew up with movies like the first spider man, star wars attack of the clones, the first two Harry potter films, the first shrek, etc. And you're probably little older than me.
I'm not trying to be offensive to Tobey Maguire but I think Andrew Garfield did a better job at playing Spider-Man I just think that the Amazing Spider-Man films are just a little bit better and I'm still really bummed that we didn't get an Amazing Spider-Man 3 or a Sam Raimi Spider-Man 4 but hey at least we can keep dreaming
It's 2024 and they just don't make movie's like this anymore, just look at all these promos I mean damn. And don't get me wrong Deadpool and wolverine are making a killing right now as it should but it's just not the same as the early 2000's.
Happy 20th Anniversary Spider-Man!!!

Me too.
Not everyone is meant to make a difference. But for me, the choice to live an ordinary life is no longer an option.

Where did those come from anyway?
Awesome video. The first Spider-Man movie really blew me away when I was 10 years old back in 2002. It's one of my top 10 favorite movies of all time.
Same. Can't wait to see Willem Dafoe and Tobey Maguire back in Spider-Man No Way Home.
