I loved this tutorial! Can you please do KONG vault. My friends keep asking me how to do it but I am really bad at explaining it. If you made a tutorial on it it would be great
Best to do a Kong and dash vault tutorial next. Maybe a Kash vault but that could be too difficult for some at the moment. If u think the Kong may be too difficult then do a reverse vault tutorial and reverse safety vault
I know this is the wrong video but the right one is quite old but, when I do the parkour rolls I'm not really going straight but instead sort of curling into the direction of the hand I'm using. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong or if it's supposed to look like that. Thanks
obviously no. the progression is similar when you have to use "safety vault" to train. it's basically "step vault" as Kai mentioned. speed vault is used when you need to pass an obstacle and maintain your direction and speed with a small lost. thief vault, as you can see, is used to clear an obstacle while running not towards it, but at an angle. after a thief vault your momentum is usually, heavily reduced. for me, when I practice for speed vault I need a good run first. for lazy and thief, I just need to stay put and swing legs 🤕
Richard Roberts Yeah, I also like to add spins and such to my lazy vaults and stuff, I guess I just find them to be easier for me to incorporate into lines personally. Could just be my style I guess. Either way, both great moves. Train safe!
Been doing parkour over a whole year, and still find these tutorials extremely helpful! Please bring the catpass and the reverse tutorial next up!
Finally something on the Storm channel i can actually do😂

Hi
Thief or Lazy, what's everyone's favorite?
Richard Roberts Lazy is too flowy for me not to pick that.
Weasel Guts I like the feel of the thief as you swing your second leg under, kinda feels like a flare from breakdancing.
Richard Roberts Yeah, I also like to add spins and such to my lazy vaults and stuff, I guess I just find them to be easier for me to incorporate into lines personally. Could just be my style I guess. Either way, both great moves. Train safe!
