    ur technique for parkour is actually rlly good i (guess that taekwondo helps with technique for everything cos all the movement is very precise)

      There are 3 kicks the first is the jump spin hook. The second is 360 tornado. The third is a spinning hook kick. You can find the tutorials at his channel.

    The monkey vault is the riskiest one for me because it's easy to knee yourself in the chin or clip the obstacle 🤣

    I want to learn the 'scott adkins kick' that he uses at undisputed 2/3/4. But i even can't kick high. How can i learn this? Even if it takes a year to learn, i will practice for it.

      BARAN, it's true that SCOTT'S KICKS aren't easy to do, but they ain't impossible SCOTT SIR is my idol and it took me 3 months to learn properely the FEILONG ROUNDHOUSE & FEILONG FRONT KICK if you're truly determined to learn that You'll get that in a shorter period than me, BELIEVE THAT!!!!! PEACE :-)

      Baran If you want to do those crazy kicks, just start by stretching for high kicks. There's no way to learn the guyver kick without being capable of doing basic kicks. You said something about one year...... In one year you can increase your flexibility dramatically. Then you'll be able to do not only a guyver kick, but also lots of other great kicks. Just inform yourself about flexibility for high kicks and stretching.

    GNT.Can you make a (nother) video about streaching for taekwondo i know you have all ready mayed one but in this one do the streaches like you would every morning. In the video do your worm up and streches (not saying what streches and keep talking and moving on) do the streache and the time and how every many times you normally do them. I NEED HELP WHITH MY STREACHING AND THE VIDEO WOULD HELP LIKE IF YOU WERE TRANING ME.("do you know what im trying to say ") . Thanks good videos.

    the difference between monkey and kong vault isn't that step on the wall, but that you jump in to the kong vault. at the monkey vault your feet are still on the ground, while your hands are on the surface of the obstacle.
    and like others mentioned the b-twist isn't a basic move :D, and somehow i saw no one using it as a vault.
    for a short introduction it was fine. only the kong vault needs an in depth explanation, bc he is technical tricky.

    I'm learning my vaults properly now. Is the kong vault or the dash vault more powerful? I am trying to learn the dash vault and am trying to figure out which distances it is supposed to work for.

      Dash vault for lower obstacles and shorter. I’ve tried dash vaulting over long obstacles almost 1 1/2 ft and I would land on my ass

    I dare the Kong vault so much because when I was 6 years I goes to do it and landed on my chin and my tongue was outside was outside of my mouth and I got a 1.5 cm cut right now I'm 17 and I'm still got the mark

    I made up my own vault, I put both hands on the block and then swing my legs over on either side, then they land on the ground.

    What do i do if I'm left handed but jump with my right leg? This is for speed vault only I can do most of the others, thing is my balance is to my left side but I can't jump with my left leg that well so I for sure would trip if I did it that way

      I started when I was 10 and gave up pretty quick because I was weak and found it difficult. Now 4 years later I am thinking about starting again, but with the weather conditions here in Ireland it may take some time, to make matters worse I don't know of any parkour gyms in my area....
