@@shakirayoverag.3493 I started pilates to strengthen my upper body because I suffer from back pain, and I've definitely noticed an improvement in my strength and decreased back and hip pain.
I thought i was gonna die for a sec there😭😭😭 but i liked it😁

Any advice for newbies doing the August challenge who may have been very out of shape and is now in pain? Lol love the workouts but don't know when the pain is tooooooo much and when to just keep working through
you know your body better than anyone!!! if something feels like PAIN (not your typical workout burn), then stop, rest, reevaluate - never push through pain!💛
