I'm sorry, but I have to disagree. Angela Bassett is a powerhouse of talent and she portrayed Ms. Tina phenomenally well....she should've gotten an Oscar.

Reauna Sims She is Beyoncé? I thought that was Tina’s daughter... or one crazy guy invented that...
What strikes me is how hopelessly everyone's eyes are glued to their beautiful entertainer - celebrities, politicians, and presidents alike - all with the same breathless expression on their faces. Beyonce is truly a phenomenon.
The Best Tribute I've seen thus far. The genuine love and respect Beyonce had for Tina The Legend was very noticeable here. She uttered I love you in tears. How Great Is This 😢❤
Such a beautiful tribute to Tina, Beyonce was amazing and truly honored her. Tina was pleased with her.
A phenomenal performance. Beyoncé did Tina well. Tina will be missed. She left us a huge catalog.
Came after the News, Long Live Ms Tina, so glad she was rightfully given her flowers whilst she was here, a legend who influenced those who came next, love to Beyonce who also did an amazing job! 🤍
Verdade
First-time I've ever seen this clip. Beyonce did good...made Tina proud...rip Tina! 2024 we'll never forget you. 😊
I would love to see Beyoncé do this now. She has so much more power in her voice to growl like Tina now
Can we also show appreciation for the backup dancers?! My back hurts just watching how hard they went!
And how low they went when they bent over backwards!!!
😂😂😂
If Beyonce performed this song multiple times a year, I bet she would dance just as rough or rougher than Angela Bassett. You can't forget Beyonce is ACTUALLY singing and dancing at the same time. With her skills, she can easily sing this song and dance rougher.
I'm sorry, but I have to disagree. Angela Bassett is a powerhouse of talent and she portrayed Ms. Tina phenomenally well....she should've gotten an Oscar.
Beyonce didn't perform rougher than Angela Basset. Excuse me but Angela was rougher and sing better than Beyonce was on key more.
HOMIEiGoHard Angela said she would have sang if she had time and been given the chance but the movie was filmed in short amount of time
Tru Star 90 Angela didn’t sing though, those were voice overs of Tinas voice in the movie😂
@@trustar9040Beyonce is one vacalist and one performer far superior, most consistent.
Tina was spectacular! Now she sings in heaven with the angels. Beyoncé did justice with this beautiful song! Tina Turner forever! ❤❤❤❤
Her voice is like a diamond that never dies
Beyonce's beauty is truly breathtaking. Stunning woman and performance!
Tina explains her feelings in her latest autobiography how amazed and blown away she was this night seeing Beyonce perform this.
Brilliant 🤓😎
Hey I have a cover of this song and would love to hear your thoughts😌❤️ sending love from Turkey💕💕
Her autobiography is great! I am finishing it up now.
hi, I had covered this song a while back and would love to hear your thoughts. ruclips.net/video/uEFkMlIjJ9c/видео.html

@ u sound awful
@@Bo-ox8ji sorry
I have seen this several times and today it hit me differently. I was crying after seeing Tina’s smile ❤
Exactly!! Beyonce performed this while Tina Turner was LIVING & Tina Turner approved it. It put a smile on her face
It was at that moment that the baton was passed. Beyonce understood the assignment and gave an amazing performance!! 🙌🏽
No…. She fell flat. That song is so powerful the entire room should’ve been jumping. Her voice has definitely progressed since this. She needed to BELT THAT SHIT OUT but she held back.
@@katgarry836 Tina isn’t even that big of a vocalist as you’re making her out to be. Beyoncé surpassed her vocally at age 21.
So many music industry experts making comments
@@CC-rm9uq ha! Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! No one can surpass Tina!! Have several seats!
Well the Queen herself was pleased and that is all I need. RIP Queen Tina 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
*Two Queens.... Beyoncé & Tina Turner i love you!*
Ester Santos oh ok
not ,,,, theres only one queen of rock n roll n soul ,,,, its aretha franklin
@@frankjerseytomato8941 you keep saying that in every gooddamn comment here. If michael jackson , tina turner, prince and ARETHA FRANKLIN and stevie wonder said Beyoncé is talented, who are you to question it?
Same
So unfair….. that Woman has it all…looks, voice, figure….she was at the front of every queue! You go girl! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💕
Yes. this is Beyonce and she is a Queen .....And then in 2024, I went and checked out Fantasia and omg. Tina would have been prouder that we have these Queens all honoring her in every special way they can.
❤FANTASIA. LEFT MY MOUTH WIDE OPEN. SHE KILLED IT❤
That's foolishness, she requested Beyonce, stop it
@@edwardsfamily901Beyoncé left mine open as well
Thank you. like it or not Fan knock this thing in the park. While B swing that fake hair. I love Fan anyway
@@twhaley42 Like it or not. Fan knocked the hell out of Beyonce. The whole time she was singing B acting all stupid.
And this is why people call her the Queen.Great performance Beyonce.
Noelia Jaime I hope you are talking about Tina otherwise god help you
@@meharidesta2921 why would she be calling Tina Beyonce idiot!

theres only one queen of rock and roll and its fucking not beyonce
She did this justice. Right choice. No one could have done it better
No one but Beyonce'--accept the woman who played Tina in the movie about her life (although she would have to lipsinc the singing part). I can't think of her name right now; but she did a fine job!

Ummm idk about that. Beyonce has the dance moves but there are other singers who could have done better. Nobody matches Tina. She has both!
Jennifer Hudson. Stop sleeping on this woman m
Beyoncé gave an outstanding performance! Oh God, Beyoncé's legsssssss are to die for!
Rfgh
Go Beyoncé, you knocked this out of the park ❤
Beyoncé killed this! Only she could pull this off like that. All of the twist and turns ups and downs. That can not be easy. She nailed all of her movements. Omg I love this woman!!!!
Have you ever s'en Tina performance ? It was another level..
@@lilym2134 Beyonce's voice doesn't come close to the power and dynamic range of Tina's voice. That's what's lacking in this tribute. The dancing was spectacular.
I agree 👍💯 no other artist then or now could possibly pull that performance off other than Beyonce, and that's a fact jack.
That is what you call a performance. Keeping your audience captivated from start to end. Energy ascending with all the head banging, the mesmerizing facial expression that only Beyonce can do. That Uhh! at the start keeps the audience hanging. Beyonce keeps the boat rolling.
I can imagine her voice singing this now that her voice has grown and deepened 😩 rip to the legend that is Tina turner
Omg it would be even better now that her voice is deeper.
Probably the best cover and (copy of a) performance I've ever seen. Good work Beyoncé!
Tina Turner smiling like a proud Mom.
I hope Beyonce pays more tribute to her on the Rennaisence tour, Congratulations to Beyonce, RIP to Tina, the ultimate Queen of Rock and roll.
She did
imagine Beyoncè sing again this song with the abilities she has TODAY
You can see on Tina’s face, she’s looking into a mirror watching Beyoncé perform. Like stepping back in time, and she’s loving every minute of it. RIP Tina 😢
Had the privilege of seeing both these artists in concert. Just fabulous ❤
This was an amazing tribute to Tina Turner by Beyoncé. Stellar performance as always. Been a fan since Destiny’s child. Tina Turner herself praised this performance in an interview. Loved Tina’s music & unwavering spirit. Rest in peace to this rock n roll legend.
There will never be another Tina , no one before her or after her !!! She’s one of a kind!
And that’s why this is a tribute to her greatness and Beyoncé KILLED it.
Childdddddd THIS IS HOW YOU DO A TRIBUTE! Period!!!!
