catch me crying this is 2020 i love this so much i should be studying but fuck if this isn't on of my favourite songs wonderfully performed the ringing harMONIES
As an old bari myself, I love how the bari sings the least-or-maybe-most important (and definitely most difficult) part, while also surreptitiously conducting the others.
Very well done. Their arrangement is similar to the one the 6-man Kings Singers did in the late 70s - early 80s. The changes made by the Ringmasters near the end gave it that welcome barbershop “ring.”
See these great Artists from November 7. / 13. - 18. and 20. - 25. 2018 at the BAR JEDER VERNUNFT in BERLIN! Diese außergewöhnlichen Künstler sind vom 7. / 13. - 18. und 20. - 25. November 2018 in der BAR JEDER VERNUNFT in BERLIN zu erleben!
Please Please could someone tell me how to get this sheet music?? I've looked at arranging it myself but anything I write will be nowhere near the standard of this one and its one of my all time favourite pieces. Anyone?
The defining version, to me, was the King's Singers arrangement. This will give you plenty to chew upon. www.sheetmusicplus.com/title/blackbird-sheet-music/3086555
Fabulous! The resonance of the Bass singer's voice gave me chills!

Yep . . . but I have a thing for nerdy looking guys, so...

My favorite piece from them.
I love that Emmanuel spends 1'30" to do some f# on the back beat
The only barbershop arrangement where the baritone is the easiest part :D
@@wRadion The baritone in the second is by far the most difficult line...
Awesome!
Very nice! Great arrangement of a great song.

Love this song, but...
Am I the only one bothered by Jacob's coat being the only one unbottoned? 😂
The man needs space to breathe!
Might have been a bit snug. Sounds fantastic though!

+C. Blake They have professional arrangers. You will have to pay them or get really good yourself att arranging stuff.

My chorus has the sheet music we just did it on our show
This was arranged by Emmanuel the baritone, you could try an fb message
I understand one of you arranged this fabulous song. Do you have it arranged for women? Please let me know.
Sue Beck You could try it just a fifth higher, if you have a low singer who can reach a low D flat and a high one who can float a high F!
The bass does go lower though a couple times.
The chords just kill!
Sheet music?
