These guys were MASTER harmonizers! Today, people use vocal processing to get the sound that CSN got through their amazing natural ability. No vocal algorithm will ever get to this level of harmony without sounding artificial. I love these guys.

CSN were the supreme harmonisers. Crosby will be sadly missed by the rest of the group, despite them falling out numerous times. He left an amazing wealth of music for us all.
My son played this song on the alter in honor of his father, my husband, after he saw his dad die in my arms in the middle of the night. My son was in 8th grade at the time. We talk and see each other a lot since he only lives 10 minutes away from me. Within the last 18 months, he told me he got his first tattoo. The tattoo is on the inside of his wrist and they are the musical notes to “take these broken wings and learn to fly !!” He is now 31 years old and a music manager and teacher in a private studio and was VERY close to his father. I am sooo proud of him for pulling through the wreckage of his past.
I'm a Paraeducator working remotely in my district that has had a very rough day. Thank you Stephen Stills, Graham Nash and David Crosby for bringing me back to myself. You brought me back to the part of myself that I so needed to connect with. Thank you for soothing this troubled soul today. You have always been my haven. Thank you❤❤❤

This song reminds me of my lovely late Scottish wife who passed away on Monday, 28 March 2016, in Darlington, of a brain . Miss her so much. Cat/yusuf is a great artist.
Our generation is slowly, or maybe that is quickly, moving on. What a generation it has been and I would like to think it has left one hell of a mark for the books. RIP David Crosby may you be singing with the angles!
when I was a child in elementary school,I was in a choir, and our principal took us kids to restauarants at night and we sang gospel songs to the people there. I remember the applause when we would harmonize .Harmonizing sound opens folks hearts up. I remember the look in their eyes when we hit the notes perfectly and harmonized. It’s magic in my opinion. Thanks CSN.
there is something so truthful, pure and peaceful about those three great men. It's so simple and yet so deep and beautiful. They are just some old friends who have been through some crazy times and just love singing together. It's like they're becoming one soul when they sing. Man, this is really moving. I will never lose my sadness over being born in the wrong generation.
David Crosby... Few people in our lives are this iconic. Undeniably talented and will live forever through the music of CSN(Y). Got to see him at the Beacon Theatre in NYC 2014. Magic! Great to see them all so happy as they perform. I love watching them guide the song along, checking in with each other as they go. CSN will always be one of the bands ever.
My Dad passed away 2 weeks ago and I have had a blackbird come to my yard and sing to me every morning ever since that day.

Big love to you. When my pops passes it will be this band sending him off.

I am so thankful I grew up with their music and the music of many others like them. We had so much talent surrounding us in those days.
It had to take me - a huge Beatles and CSN fan - 53 years to come across this. It has me in tears.

Yes,their harmony is just wonderful and will remain so forever!
I disagree. No computer-generated voicing could come close to the beauty and depth of CSN.

Just beautiful. Such superb harmonies. Crosby, Stills and Nash were incredible vocalists together- I’m sure Paul McCartney must love this version.
Steven Stills is underrated. What a singer and guitar player. Love him. Ah the music of my youth, and RIP David Crosby.
Saw him @The Grizzly Rose in Denver in the 90's. You're right he was fantastic

Three voices that all hear the music the same way. That is so incredibly rare.
