    Today, I made fragrant and savory basil potato crackers by adding basil pesto to potatoes.
    Of the two styles, the thinly rolled potato chips topped with cheese are light, but the more you eat them, the more savory they are, so I don't envy commercial potato chips.
    If you don't mind the smell of basil, I think it would be fun to try it.
    I didn't add salt because the pesto was salty.

    150g cake flour
    20g basil pesto
    30g oil
    10g sugar
    topping
    Grana Padano Cheese
    Preheated oven 160~170 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes.
