I've always wanted to get rolling shots of me on my bikes like this. Now I just have to find some friends, buy this kind of camera an.... I'm overwhelmed just thinking about it. Never mind.
You can still hear beautiful images by just using a iPhone that shoots 4K at 60 frames per second then slowing it down to get some real epic video
I love the new channel Chase. I was wondering if you could talk a bit more about camera settings in the future? I have a Canon rebel that i havent use in ages because im not good with settings. I also own that lense and would love to know how to use it . Keep up the good man, absolutly love your videos.
That seems to be a very common thing. I think it would be helpful to have a basic settings walkthrough video so that why when I put the settings on the photos I take you guys will have a video to reference.

Yup! I use that bad boy all the time. I love using my nifty fifty. I got back and forth between lenses I use and I'm always amazed by the 50mm.

I know this video is about the lens primarily, but if you put a circular polarizer on the end of that you can reduce the reflections on the car, and the windshield.
You sir are correct. We actually have a really cool adapter on the R5 that has a CP built into it. Might need to do an entire video on CPs because they are SUPER important for car work.
Nifty50 for the win!! This came out amazing!
AKA the plastic fantastic. I suggest buying the new 50mm 1.8 version, it has 7 blades for a rounder bokeh (the plastic 50 has 5 or 6), a metal mount and an STM focus which is perfect for video since it's silent and really smooth. Picture quality is insanely good and it costs only like 150€.
Yep. I would but my plastic 50 has lasted me 10 years now and still going strong. Cheap, nasty and loud focus but durable. It'll probably never break on me. Definitely a must have prime lens.
@@voongnz yeah these lenses are tanks. i almost got the plastic 50 but just as i was about to buy it canon announced the STM, bought it at day one
@@RoadUser_Motovlog yeah STM is the better buy if you don't have any 50mm 1.8. It'll stand the test of time too. And of course getting diminishing returns if going to 1.4 or 1.2. Great value lens.
You know what would be the ultimate video do a full bike review and driving shots with just using a smartphone and see how good of quality you can come up with now that would be a good review showing. Some rolling shots shot with iPhone and GoPro on your helmet and only those

OC - A few years ago I was looking for a new Sony a7ii body (already have lens), came across a deal, 50mm lens plus a spare battery for the same price as just the body. That 50mm lens is always on that camera :-)
I use the 50mm on my m50 with speed booster makes it a 1.2 absolutely love it.
I also have the m50 and was thinking about getting the 50mm, with the canon adapter tho. How’s the autofocus speed and overall quality with your combination?
@@kuul4918 autofocus is perfect no difference and as for quality it’s brilliant. I have the viltrox speed booster
