We took the opportunity to test one of our 4Motion Transporters out in the recent snow we've had.
Check out how it got on with Adam talking you through the details of the van and then we head out for some fun including a launch control in the snow.

I hired this van as a birthday present a couple of days ago as I'd wanted to know what these vans were really like to drive
We covered A roads, B roads, country lanes and motorways and it really is like a car to drive. It compares well to my remapped Skoda Octavia which shares quite a few similar components.
The van is probably as quick as the car in standard 150bhp tune but the car is quicker with the remap. The steering, handling and confort are probably not that different in terms of competence but the characteristics are different. The van is running lowered springs with standard dampers and 20in wheels (I think!)
All in all, a great day and a lovely van.
Great people and atmosphere at Leighton Vans also. Loved it

Got the 204bhp dsg 4 motion on a camper conversion. To be honest with the amount of torque going through the front wheels I’m surprised 4WD isn’t standard on these. Anyway, passes the snow test AND the wet slippery grass slope test!

st paid my deposit on a brand new Highline Multivan with 4Motion...justa quick question...looking at adding the diff lock option along with hill decent did this van have those features? cheers

Got the push button diff lock in my factory high roof only issue I have is that sometimes it’s clitchy going back into 4motion
Although you can tackle all camp sites now
