I really appreciate you expanding your channel to include some of the collaborative tools Microsoft has. We had a bunch of these dropped on us just as our extended work from home began. I am fairly tech savvy, but the features and nuances you have demonstrated show off some features I probably would never have stumbled upon .
Would like teams to work on breakout room access to be able to give it to our partner , currently the access is only for the person who creates the meeting

I use MS Teams daily for work and noticed two other features available now, polls and registration. I think ive figured out polls, but Im having issues with register for meeting set up and use. I can get the link, but participants are having login issues once registerd....any thoughts?
I recently tried Teams for the first time last week, and honestly I don't see the appeal. Both WebEx and Zoom are easier to use and seem to be more feature rich.
For screen sharing there should be option like sharing bunch of windows with others. Like if I've 10 applications open and i want to share only 5 app windows. This is not possible now. Also, there should have been some restriction by teams to not show parent window of team where all my chats are. So whatever I am talking with someone else in team, is getting shown(all window share option) to the audience. So, i need to be very alert while sharing teams main window so that audience does not see what I'm cursing to my boss! Skype was better in this that all of their windows were separate so there was no such risk. Ms teams is definitely way feature rich. But it still has some basic loopholes thus wondering why ms did not by itself implement the above feature, which in a way a compromises user's privacy.

What have you done with screen sharing, why by default does it now have so much space dedicated to the participants, and you have to always go and choose Focus mode, the whole point of sharing your screen is so the other participants can see your screen, not who is also in the meeting?
Hi Leila, first of all i would to thank you for your precious time 🙏. i have a problem i wish you can help me to solve it. My problem with the size of the font of data validation list , i am using macron to hide some rows depending in the value of the cell of the data validation list. I tried to linked combo box to the cell of data validation list but macrons didn't work . I would be thankfull if you can shot a video about this problem.
Previously Teams meetings only had the option for attendee photos at the bottom but recently some people are reporting attendees are showing on the right edge. This can be really convenient. Any idea how to get this and why some people had it and some didn't?
You should be able to. Look at 4:07 in this video - the people icon (or attendees button) just to the right of "Stop Presenting" will pull up a list of everyone in the meeting. The 'Mute All' button is top center but clicking on someone who isn't already muted will give you the option to mute just them.
@@ericlemmo does that mute them for everyone or just me? Problem I have with Teams and Zoom is when I’m sharing an office and even with noise cancelling headphones you can hear the other person speak and then you get it again through the headphones.

It's so frustrating they have still not added way to download all the assignments together. I have to individually download each student's assignment one by one from SharePoint.
Teams is getting less and less user friendly with every update. I can't go fullscreen on my android tablet, they added one more click to raise your hand, camera and mic are on by default whenever I join a meeting. I just hate to use the app

But you cannot simply write :+1:. When you type :thumb it shows you 10 skin tones (I don't care and I don't want select it again and again) and it starts with thumbs down instead of up. You are still not able to write facepalm emoji with completing you have to write whole (facepalm). And I have to mention that typing and formating text in Teams is terrible experience. Why there are no shortcuts for removing formating or monospacing (which is totally broken if you need to write @).
Everything is okay but the problem is that during meeting someone remove us, and keep on doing all types of these mischievous deeds... There should be option to check who is disturbing attendees
I was here to say the same. But there is an option to turn one person as presenter and the others as attendees. Once this is done, the attendees no longer have control over muting or removing others.
