We have some really delicious foods in real life. We have toast and the Big Mac and Skittles and Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. But in movies and TV shows and cartoons and books, fictional foods have been created and depicted and described in such a way that we want to try them. When we see our favorite characters like Homer Simpson and Scooby Doo eating something we can’t have, it makes us want it more than ever. Here are 10 fictional foods that we would love to be able to try in real life.
If you enjoyed this list of the 10 fictional foods we'd love to try, then comment: #Food #Movies #TV
TIMESTAMPS:
0:35 Nuts ‘N Stuf - Parks and Rec
1:48 Teriyaki Donut - Jackie Brown
2:58 The Clogger - The Simpsons Krusty Burger
3:57 Soylent Green
5:17 Krabby Patty - SpongeBob SquarePants Krusty Krab
6:20 Chef’s Chocolate Salty Balls - South Park
7:23 The Heart Stopper - Grand Theft Auto IV
8:35 Bertie Bott’s Every Flavor Beans - Harry Potter
10:06 Scooby Snacks - Scooby Doo
11:23 The Wonka Bar - Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory
SUMMARIES:
- Leslie Knope from Parks and Rec can’t seem to win in her battle against Sweetums. It’s the company that’s making America obese - even their water has 300 calories per serving - and yet no one seems to bat an eye except for her.
- Quentin Tarantino is famous for creating fictional brands to appear in his movies. This is partly because he hates the corporate sell-out aspect of product placement and partly because he wants his movies to exist entirely in a universe of their own.
- The Clogger is a sandwich sold at Krusty Burger, named in reference to the fact that it will clog up your arteries due to all the saturated fat content. It sounds awfully dangerous for your arteries, but it does sound appetizing.
- Yes, yes, we know it’s people. But millions of people didn’t know that it was people and they were perfectly happy to keep consuming it. The setup of an overly industrialized world in 2022 (which was a long time away when the movie was made but isn’t that far away now) is eerily close to reality.
- When SpongeBob SquarePants made a Krabby Patty for King Neptune in an early episode of the series (a different version of King Neptune than the balding one Jeffrey Tambor would play when the show got a movie spin-off), the aquatic ruler enjoyed it so much that he threw it back up just so he could eat it again.
- This is not just a fictional food - it is also a song. It was recorded for the South Park episode that introduced Chef’s signature dish, but it was also released as a single. In the song, Chef implores you to suck on his Chocolate Salty Balls.
- The Heart Stopper is available at all Burger Shot locations in Liberty City in Grand Theft Auto IV. While its name is intended as a satirical jab at the fast food industry and the restaurant it’s served in has a crude pun for a name, the burger itself would be interesting to try.
- Bertie Bott’s Every Flavor Beans are one of the most popular candies in Harry Potter’s world of wizards and witches. We can’t possibly hope to understand the appeal of some of these flavors in our white bread muggle world, but in the wizarding world, they are something special.
- These must be some good cookies. There’s no way that Shaggy and Scooby would let a crunchy snack distract them from their impending death by mummy attack or ghostly possession if it wasn’t a really, really delicious treat.
- Remember how gloopy and rich that melted chocolate in the lake at Wonka’s factory looked before Augustus Gloop did exactly what we all would have done and collapsed into it to start slurping up as much as he could and then got stuck in a pipe and almost died? Yeah, well, imagine that chocolate set into a mold and made into a candy bar.

Mmmm😋😋😋😂😂
"Says cartoons, shows an anime"...
I think heart stopper already exists in Heart attack grill in Las Vegas called something else. I would never eat Soylent Green that's nasty and Scooby snacks are for Dogs
Actually fear and hunger are tied together. When you're afraid you burn a lot more calories. They say being afraid while watching a good horror flick burns more calories.
They actually do do the Wonka Bars here in the UK. I remember seeing them on the shelves, and I think they still stock them. Sadly there’s no golden tickets inside. I’m now off to my local supermarket because I now have a chocolate craving🍫
Good to know
I remember them as well they did all different types and they did sweets as well
I know they were selling them here in the United States. It’s been a couple years so who knows if they still do.
Yeah I believe they did them as a promotion for the movie...I used to prefer them over all the other big brands to be fair
@@Mrpopularaty You have it backwards. The original 1971 movie was produced by Quaker Oats to promote their new "Willy Wonka" candy line. I still love the movie, though, even knowing it is a 100-minute commercial!
The Willy Wonka Candy brand was later sold to Nestlé.
*Kid:* _Mr. Wonka, I don't feel so good._
*Oompa-Loompas:* [dancing intensifies via Avengers theme]
ok
Hahahahaha
The krabby patty is treated less like a food and more like a drug. The Krusty Krab’s customers even get sick after not having one for certain amounts of time or something.
Ok
Wonka bars were real back in 2005 to promote the remake. I used to get them all the time at Hollywood video
There were real Wonka Bars you could buy in the 90’s at Walgreens. Every flavor bean were sold at Walgreens when the first movie came out.
Thanks for the info Jordan S!
You can Get the Clogger at Krusty Burger at Universal Parks
Cool
wow
Yes, yes! Stop by Krusty Burgers, in Springfield, at Universal Studios Hollywood, when you're in the West Coast! YUM!!
I've tried Wonka Bars, Everlasting Gobbstoppers, Symphony Bars and the Scrumdiddlyumptious Bars, they're *very good!* Whoever decided to make most of the candy from the Willy Wonka movies a reality, had one heck of a *great idea!*
Yes Indeed MKJ23_Productions 😁😁 🍫 🍬 🍭 😋
the creator is David Wolper the director of Willy wonka and the chocolate factory
3:15 Actually, I think that was the regular Krusty Burger. And yeah, Krusty is indeed a hypocrite endorsing a product he himself cannot stomach.
Krusty Burger🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔
I always wanted to try those fruit bars from thst jimmy neutron episode
The fact that there is a company called Soylent
Lol
But You can get Wonka candy? It’s a real brand lol. I believe they’re owned by Nestle now, I think I’ve had Wonka bars before I do know that I’ve seen then tho. Not at Walmart or anything most likely at a F.Y.E or itssugar or something. Maybe they were promotional for the movie or something idk, and “ technically” you can get a clogger burger if you count The Universal studios version that is.
ok
(Odd-Moss) They Brought Back Everlasting Gobstoppers
They really suck tho they use that jelly chocolate like u know when you eat it and you can taste it's jelloey
While on the topic of Wonka candy, does anybody remember the Wonka ice cream? Lol one of the flavors had potato chips in it
Everyone knows Shaggy is always hungry due to the munchies...
True
shaggy is also rumored to be a drug addict
I would like to try the McDowell's Big Mick from Coming to America.
Ok
How about Theo Huxtable's favorite - bacon burger dogs?
Thanks for reminding me Breezy!
@@BabbleTop always glad to help. LOL
The beans do exist in the form of the beanboosled game
Ok
Exactly. I thought they were going to mention that but they failed to
@@BClemons06 yeah it's to bad
Sorry! 😢
You can get the cloggers at Universal Studios Orlango fyi

They used to make Wonka bars in the 70s.
Nice
If you actually go to the Jelly Belly factory, you can actually buy Bertie Bott’s Every Flavour Beans.

🍔🍔🍔
Wow... Thank you for this video
Love this channel ❤️ 💯 🔥
Thanks Pedro D Juarez Perez You Rock! 🎸😃 Please show your love by subscribing to us! 😍😜 goo.gl/Grh1Wg Clicking that notification bell 🔔👍
Everlasting gobstopper. Like a huge one like in the movie not the ones currently in stores.
Or even the whole meal candy with the dessert like in the movie.
😋
I made the gocha pork roast from food wars for Christmas dinner once and everyone loved it!
I would love to try the candy Monica from Friends was making. It was so addictive the whole apartment building couldn’t get enough!! 😂
The *Wonka Bar* was actually brought into the real world and unfortunately it was discontinued in 2010 due to poor sales...
So the *Wonka Bar* is somewhat of a disqualified fantasy food here...
Somebody must have used the magic ticket from the *Last Action Hero Movie* and brought the *Wonka Bar* into the real world...
And folks you have to have seen the *Last Action Hero Movie* to know what I'm getting at...
I just bought a half ham yesterday, smoked and ready to eat. I will smoke it again with charcoal and oak, then eat in sandwiches with Cole slaw and potato salad on flour tortillas and hot sauce. I call it Soylent Red!:)
Ok
Nuts, raisins and M&Ms are awesome together!
The Wonka Bars they had out in the 70's had crisped rice in them (the predecessor to the Nestle's Crunch Bar.) The Wonka Bar they released recently (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory version) had bits of graham crackers instead.
Thanks for the info Ralph Glatt!
@@BabbleTop What can I say, I love my chocolate! Jelly Belly made Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans for a while. I had one friend who liked the booger flavored ones.
Nice video keep the good work on
thx!!!!
Chef’s Chocolate Salty Balls is just a South Park parody of Himalayan Pink Salt Caramels, one of my favourite treats from Canadian chocolatier Purdy’s!
The “Neverfoods” the Lost Boys were eating in Hook always looked really good to me as a kid.
Thanks for your feedback! 😄
I had a wonka bar. It was really nice! Funny my school topic was roald dahl at the time.
🤪
@@BabbleTop x box (dun dun tshh)
Kahoona Burger from 'pulp fiction'!!!
Do you like it?
@@BabbleTop Jules Winnfield certainly do)
There were Wonka Bars in a variety of treats available in the US in the 1970's. As I recall that came out just after the original Willy Wonka movie made its way into theaters. I was a kid myself then.
Thanks for your feedback Todd Runion! 😄
Kid: Mr. Wonka I don’t feel that good.
Oompa loompa: you’ll get over it!

I could def go for a Krabby Patty right now
I thought the coast had some weird candy shops lol.
LOL
BabbleTop when Samual L Jackson says big kahunna bread it reminds me of Arbys because they have new sandwichs with kings hawiann bread and one of the sandwiches is kahunna I think.
i remember all the treats that came out when the tim burton movie was in theaters, i miss them the wonka bar is over hyped though
cool
10:24 "Shaggy's catch all excuse for his incredible appetite is... constant fear."
Mmhm, yup. That's totally the reason why he eats so much, and stays skinny. Yup, there is absolutely no other reason, especially not related to recreational drug use, mm mm no ma'am, not in this Christan household.
Do fictional items we all want to use
I love how at the beginning it said for delicious foods we have toast and I'm thinking what the heck is so special about toast but apparently it was just miss worded because they were showing French toast and yeah that's definitely delicious
Yes Indeed Mike Jones 😁😁
As another commenter said, the Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans do exist. Some of them are really bizarre like "ear wax". The "fear hunger" explanation for Shaggy and Scooby is a lot better than the older one about the duo constantly being high on pot.
Thanks for your feedback Jwb52z! 😄
Whoa Whoa Whoa. Babish made the Krabby Patty.
A fictional food I wouldn't mind trying is the sea salt ice cream from Kingdom Hearts.
You can find the recipe for it online... =)
@@rangulfgimfang8322 I know. :) I have an ice cream maker so it's first on my list whenever I get the stuff to make it.
Let me know how you like it!
@@BabbleTop Will do!
There were around 3+ years back Wonka Bars and i tried only 1 in my life. At least my mum bought one for me in England.
Noted
I know it's not a food item but I always wished I could try "Frobscottle" form the movie "Big Friendly Giant"!!!
The beans from Harry Potter you can get at Lolly and pops And quite a bit of the stuff on the list
Forget The Clogger, I’d rather drink a whole 2-litre bottle of Buzz Cola!
Toys r us sold Wonka bars
Really!
I've seen Wonka bars at Toys R Us for years.
I had a Krusty Burger at universal studios. Nastiest thing I ate there
I feel like the Wanka bar would just be a Milk chocolate bar.....I’d still want it though.
The cheese spray from A Goofy Movie
I think the Krabby Patty and Chef's Chocolate Salty Balls were tackled on a certain famous cooking RUclips channel.
WE HAVE THOSE MULTI FLAVORED JELLY BEANS IN EVERYWHERE CANADA!
Where’s the “to save you time” guy when you need em’
Ok
Everything made from Pac-Pellets in the 80's Pac-Man cartoon!

Ok
I would kill for a krabby patty 😲🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ok
When I worked in the Warner brothers shop we sold scooby snacks and they were mini vanilla flavoured cookies with chocolate chips. They were tasty
miss Fox there were also dog treats that were discontinued and Scooby snacks are now made of graham cracker and they are kinda nasty to be honest
Nice video
thank you
What?! No love for Los Pollos Hermanos?! Cool video though :)
Would you like a video on it?
Thanks Iamhallucinatingnow You Rock! 🎸😃 Please show your love by subscribing to us! 😍😜 goo.gl/Grh1Wg Clicking that notification bell 🔔👍

Anyone from Dublin Ireland I saw one in An Siopa Millseáin if you want to get one
(The name is in Irish by the way)
Wonka Bars are real. Are used to eat them out as a kid but they are really sweet so I don't really eat them too often nowadays but they do exist
I've tried a Wonka bar before...it was good X3
cool!
It was probably just a hersey`s bar.
Actually some of the gourmet dog biscuits both look and sound like they would taste good. Some people have eaten them and not known what they were until told.
how could you forget about Ed's secret sauce?
OMG good call we totally missed it! Maybe we'll do a part 2... lol
