Kid Cuisine has an even more major problem. They would package food made to be eaten cold with things that needed heating in the same tray. Youd either have to scoop out the item into another container (who knows what) or eat it hot, or eat the rest cold, or just eat desert first (which we weren't allowed to do growing up).

The cotton candy flavored Herr's puffs are actually decent and quite addicting. We bought them once for the kids on a whim, and they hated them and Mt husband and I ate the entire thing
I remember the Orbitz drink. Everyone in my 5th grade class got a free bottle. I always wondered what happened to the drink. It wasn't to bad although pretty sweet, tasted similar to a sode drink.

The Ghostbusters Hi-C is actually quite impressive. They got a decade long run off of one movie franchise... which was only 2 movies and a short-lived cartoon series.

Those Jimmy Dean pancakes and sausage on a stick remind me of IHOP's "pigs in a blanket" (though those were made fresh and not on sticks). That name always made me smile, even though I don't care for sausage. I wonder if IHOP still has them?

The only Kid Cuisine worth spending $3 on is the Popcorn Chicken & Fries. That one is actually delicious, doesn't come with the nasty flavorless mac and cheese, and the chicken/fry portion is MASSIVELY bigger than any other nugget portion in the line. I buy them often actually.
I remember it solely because my mom bought a (diet) can of it when I was a kid and it was in the fridge for around 12-13 years before we moved in 2005. You'd think she'd have thrown it away at this point, or possibly actually drank it around the time she bought it, but no, it got included in the food we packed when moving (because my mom's philosophy is basically "if it hasn't been opened, it's still good!"). It went with us through ANOTHER move (this was about 2006) before I finally convinced her to throw it out. After she'd poured the soda down the sink I looked on the bottom of the can for the expiration date and it was in 1993.
1:18 here in the Netherlands we also have such an snack but they have French cheese and those sticks are just the right thickness that they don’t break from the cheese and that they don’t break your teeth when you bite them. We even have pizza taste

2:57 an old friend of mine that i don’t talk to anymore was on a facetime with me in walmart and got a can of easy cheese out of curiosity. she got back in the car and he opened it and filled her mouth with it. they went 😳🧐😟😋 and they kept eating it and i was just like- 💀
I didn't have Lunchables often as a kid. I preferred to save them for special occasions, like field trips, that way I didn't have to worry about a lunch bag. The burger with the cola can was always my favourite, similar to the Kids Cuisine. And I used to have those Handi Snacks in elementary school.
I used to eat my lunchables in the restroom because kids were always trying to take pieces. I never full from them so when I did share, I felt like I was starving.
My cousins and I grew up eating JD Blueberry pancakes and sausage on the stick. Didnt taste much of the Blueberry, but it gave it a sweeter taste. I still eat them to this day when I can find them.

I liked Handi Snacks as a kid and almost always had one in my lunch kit for school.
