Wowww they have Chicken Masala? We need more exciting flavors in Europe!
@@ambervd1234 Yes! They offer great flavors in Asia
Ketchup is best.
@Roy-r7n Wow! That sounds delicious
@@FastFoodFactoryI was thinking the biscuit and gravy also. I like the cheddar poppables. Those are good also
I’ve gotten away from eating potato chips due to high prices!! A family sized bag used to be (only two years ago) about $2. Now, one family sized bag is $4.50 or more! No sales, no discounts, no specials. Not buying chips at that high price.
Yep! Bidenomics is working.
Not to mention the shrinking amount in the bags, shrinkflation sucks.
Corporate greed
Believe it or not, I started buying Walgreens “Nice” brand chips that are usually sold at $1.99 to $2.99. I find their quality and taste to be very good to excellent. And they have the popular flavors along with rippled for dips.
Better prices to come under Donald J. Trump’s house economy. I guarantee it.
Classic salted is my absolute favorite!
The original Lays are king! 🥔😋
Almost as good as Wise original.
Extremely unhealthy!
I like the 50% Lower Salt. This video will give me a whole new appreciation next time I bite into a chip.
I worked as a Millwright for the largest Seafood Producer in Alaska for 15 yrs. About my 5th yr in the Company hired an R&D Group out of Seattle to re-invent a few of their antiquated seafood processing machines. There's a LOT of Engineering that goes into a food processing plant like this as so many machines are highly specialized. There's a Lot of people behind the scenes that keep all the wheels turning in a place like that.
I love the song in this Lay's commercial, so good 🤩
My favorite Lay's chips are the classic chips and barbecue chips. I think I go get me a bag today. 👍
My personal fave? Good ol' Barbecue!
Cheddar and sourcream is my #1 favorite
The process of making their various corn chips (Doritos, Fritos, Nacho roungs and scoops) is even more interesting. Steam-cooked corn made into a dough-like paste and either flattened by
laser-guided rollers and cut into the triangles or other shapes. Fritos are formed by
forcing the dough through dies in an extrusion process. Nothing beats the flavor and
texture of a corn chip hot and fresh from the cooking oil with no seasoning at all.
I got to see all this when doing some contract work in several Frito Lay plants.
I'm going to go watch how Cheetos are made. They weren't produced where I worked.
Years ago when I was in the USA, I loved the roasted garlic flavour. It wasn’t available in Canada.
This is my favorite chip! And now I know how it's made! Thanks for your great video 👏👏
Thank you for watching! Hope to bring you more interesting videos!
Lay's put out a Promo Limited edition chip CRISPY TACO flavored 2 weeks ago. Blew my taste buds away. 😋👍🌮
I wouldn't be able to work here, I'll be nibbling chips all day during my shift
Canadians would like the roasted garlic chips !! 👍🇨🇦
I LIKE the Baked Chips
Whe I was a kid Hostess was the best brand we had. Lays bought out Hostess and chips have never been as good since.
“No one can eat just one”
Holy shit ! Thats a lot of chips !! Barbecue Lays chips are the bestest ! 👍

I love the salt and vinegar chips
My favorite flavor?🤔 Ruffles original. Good on its own yet holds up to a dip.
I like kettle chips.
BBQ ftw
i am not pickey but i always buy a smaller bag .... so they taste really good .... not that i dont like stale chips but i love how fresh they are in smaller bag ..... sometimes i do buy big bags ..........
With the big bags just use a bag clip and they'll stay fresh for a long time.
@@terryasheim9038 i guess i will have to get a bag clip and try that ..... thank you for that tip....

A less expensive way is to use a close pin
Yea I’ve always done the same thing, bought the little bags because they do taste a lot fresher.
Cape Cod chips go through two additional quality steps. As soon as they come out of the fryer, they are loaded into a centrifuge that spins off excess oil. Then they pass through a vision system that rejects chips with black spots and other less-than-perfect chips.
I remember a full size bag was .39 cents, early 60’s now 4-6 bucks
Love love love love love love❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
MARMITE FLAVOUR
The patented blades that cut the ‘Ruffles’ are highly secured in lock boxes when not in use!
Good stuff.
Sour and cream
I'm in South Africa & had found burned potato crisps, but I love them anyway on bread.
Sour cream and onion or barbecue sauce.
Low salt is my favorite
I'd love to work in a Lay's chip factory, as a taste sampler between the salt-and-vinegar and barbecue lines. The only risk is that after four or five years, I might get tired of chips
Cream and onion
Please start using Avacado oil for your chips. I know it costs more but it is so much healthier than the oils you currently use.
classic for me
great video! i really enjoyed the insight into how Lay's chips are made. but honestly, i always find it surprising how much oil they use in the process. i mean, don't you think it kinda affects the taste and health aspect of the snack?
How about peanut butter/ Coconut flavor? I make toast with those on it. Yummy!!
My favorite is gotta be the salt and vinegar chips
bro Lay's 🌶️🌶️🌶️ my favorite, 👌
Thanks to potatoes 🥔 yummy
The peeled potatoes are sliced into thin, uniform pieces using high-speed slicers. The thickness of the slices is carefully controlled to ensure consistency in texture and cooking.
I buy store brand chips because it’s more cheaper but it’s good to know how chips are made in factories
Lays WAVY is the GOAT!... If only they made salt and vinegar wavy...omg
Barbeque 🇺🇲
I love it
As far as I know we don't get Lay's chips down here in Australia but we do have a lot of other brands of chips. My fave is Samboy and the best flavour of chips they bring out is Atomic Tomato.😋🤤 The other flavours of Samboy chips are yummy but Tomato is the best. A couple of other Aussie chip brands we get is Smith's and another called Thins which have a delicious melt-in-your-mouth texture.♥👍
Check the fine print. Some of those brands might be controlled by Lay's.
Make a Philippine ADOBO flavor of Lay's!
i like the cheddar poppables
Classic
Why not keep the peal. Cool idea to use it as animal feed.Thanks. My favorite flavors are Au Gratin. I love BBQ chicken.
Definitely wavy
If I fell into a hopper of finished chips, no problem, I could eat my way out!
I’m a big fan of Lays, but these days I maybe like Doritos even more. They’re just more crispy. Otherwise Lays natural! 💪🚀
I want paprica flavored chips in the USA!!
I have a problem with videos like these. I always want what I'm watching.
Poison oil...thats the problem'...seed oil degrades upon heating
Original are my favorite but would love seafood flavor here in upstate New York
Could you make TV Dinner flavored chips?
I eat a lot of chips ,especially salt and vinegar, and sometimes Lay's can have more or less vinegar.
We should be able to buy any flavor online, I would love to try cappacino without going to Bejing
Maybe it’s time for garlic chips
Can we try a "Raisin" flavor?
I like to see you guys try that meatloaf potato shit I think that’ll be pretty cool right there
I don't usually buy Lay's because the store's private label is much, much cheaper.
all of them
Golden flake used to make the best hot chips back in the 1980's .After that they changed their ingredients and were never the same again
Lays Wavy Potato Chips Carnitas Street Taco 😎
That sounds amazing!
I have been buying Lays potato chips for over 30 years. Then one night, I tried running one of their chips through a bowl of French onion dip, and the chip broke, as did every chip I tried that night. And it occurred to me that when I buy a new bag of Lays Potato chips, most of the chips in the newly opened bag are broken into small pieces from the normal handling from factory to consumer. It is hard to find a full chip in any bag. Then I realized those bastards had cut the chip's thickness in half in order to save money and improve their bottom line and to enhance the shareholder's return on their investment, AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE. The next day, I called Lays and voiced my concerns but instead of admiting their obvious guilt, they sent me cupons for discounts on more Lays chips. In today's corporate world, the customer is not even in the equation when they cut the quality, the size, the quantity, or all three of the product they sell. And the customer? He' just than annoying person who calls them to complain.
Your verbal concerns mean nothing. Your refusing to buy poor quality does.
No one loves potato chips like I do but I hate to be the buzz kill as I reduced the amount I consume due to the acrylamide problem with fried foods like chips.
Original and Barbeque only!
salted wave
In Newfoundland we have Roast Chicken Flavoured chips
Wow, never heard of that one!
Good chips but why are they so expensive now ?? Afterall, potatoes are not expensive.
Researchers are working on creating vegetables from animal meat like carrots from rabbits, peanuts from squirrels, bananas from monkeys, and Brussel sprouts from skunk.
Jalapeño chips.
How about trying fries and gravy flavor.
Old Dutch ripple chips.
How come Ruffles are NOT available in a smaller grab bag....
nori seaweed is mmmmmmm
That one sounds great!
Fried egg lays
I'm from the Star Trek Salty.
Well I've seen Lay's ads before, so what's new?
I think after they are boxed the Samsonite gorilla throws the box around for about 5 minutes. Every bag, no matter the size are all crumbs.
Fried peppers and potato flavour?
Can you make plain potato chips with no salt
How about low salt, or gasp, unsalted ???
Best crisps but over £2 a bag in Morrisons.
Will take store brand anyday. Not as good, but nearly as good. Lays (Frito-Lay) is absolutely ripping people off.
Dill pickle flavored
Reg lays
65 percent baked chips are the best
I want to work here and get free chips

Factory to the kitchen? My chips don't make it past the couch
