I’m surprised there isn’t a law that when 2 people have ownership of a vehicle as in this video and if one stopped their share of payments or repayments for a loan to the other partner, on that vehicle, that after a certain length of time, eg. 1 year at most, there is a legal way to remove the the non-payer from the title/ any ownership of the vehicle. Surely such a law should be introduced to protect the innocent side of such a partnership. However, a good view is, never co-sign for a loan with another, family, friend or anyone, for any situation. If you do, accept you may never be reimbursed and any friendship or family togetherness is soon forgotten when the expectations of repayment of loans is required, needed or demanded.
