    Ingredients:
    Tomato paste
    Haitian Epis
    Tomato
    Onions
    Oil
    Water
    Coconut milk (optional)
    Butter (optional)
    For My normal sauce with meat I usually add: carrots 🥕, potatoes 🥔, and peppers 🌶.
    I was showing you guys the basic way to make Haitian sauce.

    The Epis and Magi is optional, You don't have to use it to make the sauce. And you can also substitute it with mince garlic if you have some.

      Myrlande Etienne you can also use garlic 🧄 if you don’t have epis. But that’s only if you want to add it.

    It looks exactly the way my mom makes it. When I made it, it was too watery.

      Let it boil more or add more tomato paste so it can be thick!

    This sauce can be add on Side of fried grio i guess?

      Yes with anything but we used it for mostly rice 😊
