I LOVE this! I'm part Haitian and Haitian cuisine is a big part of who I am. My grandmother never showed me how make all this wonderful food so I'm very thankful for RUclips videos like this that show me how and keep her memory alive while giving me something to pass down to my kids! ❤️

I noticed a difference using plastic ~ not so fresh after a day or so. Buy a mason jar at your local grocery store and you will taste the difference. Also, make sure to always use a clean spoon for scooping, that way no bacteria will form and it will stay tasty n fresh.
