  • BLACK SOS PWA RECIPE|| HOW TO MAKE || HAITIAN BLACK BEAN SAUCE RECIPE
    2 1/2 cups of dry black beans
    16 cups of water
    1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
    1 teaspoons vegetable oil
    High heat 7-8
    Let boil 1hr and 30 minutes
    When beans are able to be squished by hand or spoon they are done
    Drain beans
    Keep the drained water (water beans was boiled in)
    Divide beans half in a blender half in the pot
    Add 3 cups of warm water and
    1 cup of water the beans was boiled in to blender
    Blend the beans that’s in the blender into a purée
    Strain beans from blender throughly over the
    Water the beans was boiled in that I told y’all to keep. Add 1 cup of water to strainer to make sure you get all the juices
    Throw away the bean skins that’s in the strainer. (The ma)
    Add the remaining of the beans into the pot put beans on theigh medium heat 7
    Add parsley and thyme tied together
    4 tablespoons of salted butter
    ⭐️if you want to be really fancy add 1 can of coconut milk ⭐️
    2 chicken flavored bullion Maggie
    1/4 cup of epis (Best Haitian epis • THE BEST HAITIAN EPIS ... )
    1 teaspoon of salt
    Pepper cloves attached to a bonnet pepper
    Let boil for approximately one hour
    When it’s thick enough for your liking remove off heat
    Serve with white rice and whatever meat.

    You are my go-to for cooking Haitian food. I moved far from my family for work and I can’t just stop by and ask Mom for food anymore. You’ve helped me keep a little taste of home.

    I wish I could eat your food in person lol but because of you women that are not Haitian think I’m a god in the kitchen I live in Indianapolis and there ent much Haitians here do when I cook for someone it’s mind blowing I want to thank you and keep the videos coming

    When do you add coconut milk. And sis can you make one with the stew. With plantains, meat, and boy please. I love your recipes. All. Especially the Macaroni with the ham spam. Yummy.

    Is there another pepper you can substitute for the scotch bonnet pepper if it’s not available in local grocery stores??

    Highly recommend ground cloves! You get the same flavor of the cloves but never accidentally bit a clove lol

    Hey. What is the purpose of blending half of the beans and leaving the other half unblended?

      It’s all up to you friend you can blend half or all just a matter of preference.

    That’s why they never want to serve me the stew 😢with the rice and beans . They don’t even make the black beans at the restaurant they lazy or something I pay 30 a plate I’m making my own but I see why this is a process 😂
