Hi Katja, loved this! I can't wait to do it again tomorrow 😀 I would like to strengthen my core as well as my posture (I have mild scoliosis). Should I first work just on my pasture for a few weeks before alternating or is it safe to alternate with some core strength pilates straight away?

Thank you Katja been struggling to find a class that doesnt use my hips so much.. Had a hip replacement 9 wks ago. It still hurts. Do you have and ideas or classes you can link to me? This class was great except for crossing the legs. I totally modified. :)
