    Is this osteoporosis friendly?

      Most of it, go gentle when we twist and with the side bends. Keep your spine long when we hinge forward, if you find yourself rounding over, stay up higher and don’t go so far. 🙏

    Was so looking forward to this new routine since I read its out! Plus the icing on the cake was that we could do this session with weights!Was just thinking of weights when i heard you say "weights"!
    That's as good as telepathy for me💖Though I don't have these wrist weights, managed well with 3Lb dumb-bells:) You know exactly when to give the cues! Feeling stronger thanks to you🎉Highly indebted to you Katja🙏

    Love this, thank you. I am recovering from a tabia plateau fracture and this is perfect, all standing. Could you please let me know where your wrist weights came from. ❤️🙏
