Dating apps are great. I used to have to get dressed, go out, and spend money to get rejected by only 1 or 2 women on a weekend. Now, I can get rejected by every woman in town, every day, without having to leave the comfort of my bedroom. I don't even have to put my shoes on.

All the recent photos were of just her head, and she didn't mention the 3 kids in her profile. I care for my cousin, but I know what she's doing is dirty. She's not going to catch a good man.

I met a woman online and we agreed to a date. She didn't omit she was fat...she omitted that she was pregnant. Very pregnant. I was hoping to get through the date without having to assist in her birth-pregnant. There was no second date.
"Men and women both want to date someone who makes around the same amount of money that they do" Incorrect. As a general rule, women want to date up, even if they are a huge earner, and men don't give a s*.
Even my last date 2 weeks ago, offered to help to pay. For convenience I paid for the food, we planned a second date and 2 days before the second date she cancelled, didn't offer to pay for her half, and ignored me when I asked her to pay her share. She called me nice, attentive and a fun guy. After she ignored me, I told her she was cold and distant, and removed her. When a lot of these girls lose interest and have no emotional connection to you, they show their true colors.
I disagree with him saying that no one's issues are better or worse. Even if it's more difficult to find someone when you have abundance of choices as a woman, you have a CHANCE! @@nickmagrick7702 Not effectively. They are legal. Microsoft was accused of being a monopoly, but went on to do the exact same things repeatedly. It now asks you if you want to switch back to Internet explorer.
The whole concept of monopolies obviously makes no sense. Monopoly or oligopoly makes no difference and large industries are oligopolistic by nature. Who decides when a company gets too big? It's ultimately an arbitrary decision. Because if you reserve the right to break up a company, you obviously shouldn't have a system that allows them to get that big in the first place. Of course you can't change that because that's how capitalism works. Or take AMD versus Nvidia for example, there's a reason companies like silicon graphics or whatever don't exist anymore they can't keep up. this isn't standard oil, they both have decades of IP and secret sauce.
@@themodfather9382 Right, companies such as Amazon are even bigger than Standard Oil was Where would you draw the line? Because I think its easy to recognize that when any of these industries get too much power, they can control other peoples lives in an authoritarian fashion. Doing things like intentionally damaging your own product to make it sell more, or poisoning people and making them sick to get money, shouldn't be allowed like it is today. There are some lines I think we can all agree on.

I remember spending time on dating apps having a good physique and talking respectfully and not sending vulgar pics and i still didn't find a match, mostly just dates that ended nowhere. Asmons idea of dating being as easy as putting in minimal effort is simply wrong. If it were that easy then this would not be a talking point. There is a component of woman just being overly shallow which people wanna down play by saying "oh both genders have their ups and downs", woman expect more and give less. Most guys still cant afford a house either and that is often a deal breaker for many woman, but they don't care about your struggles which is supposedly an important part in relationships to care for your partners struggles. The issue persists in dating BECAUSE of womans shallowness, not because men are just inept. If that were the case then the all hard working guys would be with someone, but you often see many successful guys that are single or lonely.
It is worse now, but this has always been a 'problem' in society. Historically speaking depending on time period, somewhere between 1/3 to 2/3s of men never had children (i.e. they were alone and childless). Spinsters have always existed and people have always made fun of them. It's just that people used to have 4-8 kids and now they sometimes have 1 or 2. So this problem has been amplified by a lot of other things, including how social media and dating apps change how society works, and made a lot worse.
Exactly. This has always been a problem on dating apps. Even lower quality women get so much validation that their ego is boosted to the point where they just assume that they can land a perfect 10/10 man. And they mostly can, at least they will be used as a pump and dump over and over until they start calling out "all men are trash". Companies that own these apps saw a way to monetize these women's shallowness and overly high standards, not the other way around.
There's two things going on. The enshitification is a big one. Online dating was always garbage, but at least it was free, and it wasn't gamified. It cost zero dollars to go make a craigslist personals post or to reply to one, or go spam random women on myspace. The other one, well, look at the top political issues by gender. Mens top: Economy, immigration, foreign affairs, crime, etc. Women's: Abortion. Ladies are living in a completely different world than men. They will receive preference in hiring, in support groups, in college scholarships, you name it they get it handed to them. There is a 3rd issue, the modern millennial man is weak. Seems like the younger genz are realizing it but will it pay off later, who knows.
@@AceDeclan Not that much, Attractive men put in less effort, but its still effort and some are naturally effective in manipulating female psychology which affects their result.
There's a near 100% chance that you're at least average in attractiveness, dating apps and specifically the people on them only want the upper echelon of people so it's not a fair way to judge your attractiveness
Koreans already figured out dating apps don't work because they make money by NOT finding you a match, so they switched to matchmakers who make money by finding you a match kinda like realtors.
The US has people who are matchmakers. The problem is their female customers are delusional - they say they want a good, stable man looking to marry but refuse dates with all but the best looking, tall guys.
Honestly, this might be the best future. I would actually spend a lot more money on a dating app if it meant there was a 90%+ chance of finding a partner. Even if it didn't last.
The last time I checked, the cost of a matchmaking service is so much more than someone will likely ever pay for a Tinder subscription but for a good reason - they have a limited time to do their job once and only once.

The issue with dating apps is that the majority of women on them have poor communication skills, both in real life and on the app. Since texting requires better communication, men often send long messages only to receive short, one-word replies, making it feel like talking to a brick wall.
I think that's more due to her not wanting to put effort in when statistically she and the guy she's texting aren't gonna date, when a girl is happy she becomes a much better texter, as does anyone

That being said i am very appreciative that i actually found myself a wife and someone who i have spent the last 9 years of my life with. Women do have it easier on dating apps. By virtue of getting matches it means that they have it easier. Seriously you look at the tinder stats for the average male and it's like 1 match every month vs 1 match every day for a woman. There are other issues women have on dating apps but if the goal is "get a date" they 100% have it easier.
Asmon is lost on the subject. They not only get more dates but they can go on an infinite amount of them because they don't pay. Going out and meeting people is just as hard as dating apps. People have their own established social circles, women don’t want some stranger approaching then either, unless you’re very attractive. Even college clubs I’ve heard are sausage fests, literally no where to meet women genuinely without looking desperate or like a creep randomly approaching them
Dating apps lead to picky behaviour for women. If it's not perfect, then they'll just keep looking. And for men it's just very demoralizing. It brings out the worst in people and also makes them the worst.
Or they were "perfect" for a month a so, but once the excitement of that new "perfect" thing starts to fade its time to go search for it in someone else.

If you were attractive you could put in negative effort and still get matches + dates

I would totally signed up for that
The last time I checked, the cost of a matchmaking service is so much more than someone will likely ever pay for a Tinder subscription but for a good reason - they have a limited time to do their job once and only once.

Nice video, I'm still struggling with the end of my 7-year relationship. My significant other, who I considered to be the love of my life, left me a month ago, and I can't seem to shake the constant thoughts of him. Despite my efforts to bring him back into my life, nothing has worked, and I feel frustrated and hopeless. I've tried to move on, but my heart still longs for him, and I don't see myself with anyone else. I apologize for sharing this here, but I just can't seem to stop missing him.
I understand how hard it is to let go of someone you love; after a five-year relationship ended, I was unable to simply let him go; instead, I tried everything to get him back. Eventually, I turned to a spiritual counsellor for assistance.

As long as you're literally not hideous or deformed - Yes, you can.
Just get decent pictures, it's that easy. Get a friend with a proper camera and (who knows what he's doing) and and not a toy one in your Iphone to grab some good, well exposed pics of you. truth. Asmon is the #1 modern dating market bootlicker cause the site hes on is bolstered by camgirls
If you’re getting short vague replies it means she’s not interested in you and just responding to be polite.
A husb and wife did each others profiles. She was +2pts over him. He stopped counting at 750+. She got 80 responses. Almost 10:1. Different problems, same level of difficulty finding something? No. Alexander grace.
as a woman, i actually had the opposite experience. i asked a guy what bike he had in his profile, if he wanted any more...a bunch of pointed questions and i only got 3 word responses. keep in mind im a 6 at best(42-32-40 HWB) but still he was surprised when i explained to him i was deleting the app.

Dating apps have taught us that all women are 10s and all men must worship and pay them for the smallest amount of attention!
If a 21 year old girl doesnt want to match with a 45 year old dude, THEN SHE SHOULDNT SWIPE RIGHT. God, this isnt rocket science.

This is a good thing! go back to real human interactions.
My wife and i will be celebrating our 9 year anniversary in 4 days. We met on Plenty of Fish. Before that, i myself was on 9 different dating apps.
They are unequivocally the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE IN THE WORLD. You spend 95% of your time messaging people to be instantly blocked based solely upon Income alone, and the VERY SMALL percentage of replies you get end up in a relationship that fails within a week.
That being said i am very appreciative that i actually found myself a wife and someone who i have spent the last 9 years of my life with.
And if we ever got divorced. i would NEVER go back to dating apps. i would rather go back to the MTG card shop and be a happy single man and wait to be approached, or just die happy. because theres no amount of rationalization that would EVER get me to download that shit ever again.

They managed to make it more difficult for people. Now humanity will go back to doing things the old way. Go out, meet people
Just remember! Stay six feet apart! Sound familiar?
Going out and meeting people is just as hard as dating apps. People have their own established social circles, women don’t want some stranger approaching then either, unless you’re very attractive. Even college clubs I’ve heard are sausage fests, literally no where to meet women genuinely without looking desperate or like a creep randomly approaching them
no one goes out anymore though, people do everything at home and live off work and social media lol
Now apply this logic to modern medicine and pharmaceutical companies. It's just another industry that's monetarily incentivized in the same way.
Dating apps lead to picky behaviour for women. If it's not perfect, then they'll just keep looking. And for men it's just very demoralizing. Costs a lot of effort, often a lot of money as well to even get a single date. And then they get dumped because they weren't perfect and end up giving up at some point. It brings out the worst in people and also makes them the worst.
Or they were "perfect" for a month a so, but once the excitement of that new "perfect" thing starts to fade its time to go search for it in someone else.
