Terri Austin begins most of her responses with the word "listen". It sounds awful and doesn't work well with an attorney who is trying to sound intelligent. It is very similar to people constantly using the word "right" between sentences when they are attempting to explain something. These trends of certain words being used by people who are trying to represent themselves as intelligent actually result in the opposite. Australian people use the word "look", instead of "listen", at the beginning of their sentences. These words sound terrible and people should just speak proper English.
