She has done so much for me. My parents were not living with my grandparents because of work. But whenever I used to visit my grandparents house, she used to take me to satsang- upnishad, Srimad Bhagavad Geeta, which she used to organise for local people and our neighbours (absolutely free). I tried it and not joined their full 12week program because in first 5days boot camp I understood it is also like you mentioned in your book full protine and veggies diet . Their plate was like 50% was veggies,25% was protine and rest was for fats and carbs .

As a vegetarian, the dals and pulses already seem to be having lower quality protein (compared to egg and meat) that absorbs less in the body. Can you elaborate on that? I do understand that western science gives a standalone importance to protein, but since we still need to get good amount of protein, I'm a bit confused.

Hi Rujuta...it would be really great if you throw some light on dairy products. No not on how to eat and how much to eat but the hard reality behind it. Also doctors advice that after 30 years of age, one should not take dairy products.

My HB is always low. When ever I take iron tabs, it ll b ok. Then again becom low. As far as food , i almost eat iron rich, every ting home made food mostly.

Fruits take lesser time for digestion. They are consumed before meals with a gap or in the morning or around 4-5 pm. But not to be eaten after sunset.
