沙田柚皮1個，刨去黃色外皮，汆水5分鐘，泡浸24小時，每隔幾小時搾乾換水。
Take one pomelo peel and peel off the yellow outer skin. Blanch the peel in boiling water for 5 minutes. Soak the peel in water for 24 hours, squeezing it dry and changing the water every few hours.
