Les, I found your well done videos for 2020 but would like to do something like this for my P3Dv5 and X-Plane11 (don't have 2020). Have you done a Honeycomb setup similar to this for either or both of those too? Did you do any videos for those you can point me to?
I don't publish profiles ... I publish the devices as individual devices that you can then download into your own profiles... My setup is very different then most since I have many different products and after I do a video/device setup I don't keep it that way always in my set-up... So again downloading the devices is a better approach for how i do things.

Hi Les, great videos, thank you. Could you please advise how to setup the reversers using the Bravo TQ? I am trying to do it for the Maddog and I can make it open the throttle by using throttle decr with repeat function, but the moment I add the throttle cut (on release) on the same button, it stops working as the interprets the release as a repeat command as well and executes it immediately after the throttle decrease (so reverser opens just slightly and gets back to cut position and stays in this loop). Setting throttle decrease (on press) and throttle cut (on release) for the same button in the MSFS controls config works just fine, but for some reason I cannot make it work using SPAD.NEXT. Tried to play with priorities and end processing options, but no luck. Any ideas, please? Thank you!
Hi .. Don't put periods in (ie spad dot next) as RUclips will block those... thinks it is links.. There are multiple videos that shows how to do this (CRJ on Bravo for example has chapter markers so easy to find)... You can't use the Repeat command as you have discovered... what you need to do is just insert the Event Like 5 times in the Switch ON or Button Pressed event. I have done it with Pauses between so that it takes time between each step but others have also just gone with the "button mashing" approach and send it like 5 times with no pauses... Give that a try and It will be good to go.
It’s not an axis in the plane - you hold the handle forward and it “spins the trim / hold it back and is spins it the other way. If you have an axis device that you want to map it to then you use the spad to set axis range events which would trigger that switch in three locations simulating this behavior

When I spent over $500 on the Honeycomb Bravo set, I thought this was plug & play. I didn't realize I would grow old trying to configure every single solitary switch. So far in the week I've had SPAD.next I haven't felt or seen any advantage whatsoever. And a blank profile for MSFS doesn't work either.
In MSFS you have to have a blank profile for the device so that it does not have double bindings... With complex planes you can not use the standard bindings... For me the most appreciated quality of life feature is that it autoswitches profiles for me when I load different planes ... Now you do have SPAD open while you are running MSFS correct? I know some in the past thought that you "closed" it when you would then use the game... It must be running since it is processing the data and controlls then using the SDK to send those events into the sim..

use the same process for P3D since simconnect is shared on FSX/P3D/MSFS..
Your profiles are probably not published. I can't find them anywhere. It would be nice to complement your excellent videos

I don't see the MSFS AXIS_THROTTLE1_SET in the version I am using. Trying to map the throttles in the ASCRJ using my PFC throttle quadrant.

I want to have the ALTN Pitch Trim Axis 777-300ER PMDG MSFS 2020 working through this software. Will that work?

I am not sure what you mean ? Things have not changed binding axis is still the same even in alpha builds.
