Another idea regarding the peg board is to only puncture the holes that you're going to use. Thereby creating an even more seamless look
That's EXACTLY what I was thinking, great minds think alike!!!!! In my opinion, and yours as well haha, it would look so much better/seamless and if I choose to do this, which I might as it looks wonderful, I will take our suggestion 👍🏻
Ditto! It's not exactly blending in with the walls with all the holes visible 🤔😄
Agreed, looks unfinished with all of the holes. An ice pick would make cleaner holes also.
I love it!
All of these ideas are lovely, and I like that the tutorials were slow enough to follow 😊 I always love your old shutter ideas for organizing, I just wish I could find some around here where I live.
Immediate thought about the 3rd project (Corkboard):
When you do the initial black paint, use a couple layers of magnetic paint.
Everything else works just fine, but it also gives you that magnetic function option.
I used those pegboards to create spinners for my jewelry vendor business. I used the little connector pieces that you can get to go with them, to put 2 panels back to back. Then I stuck them together around one of the cheap Dollar Tree paper towel holder stands. The sticky tape that comes in the pack is perfect to stick the double-sided panels together. If you get the rectangular panels, 3 work perfectly -- one placed horizontal and 2 vertical. I run a piece of decorative tape around the edges and stick the whole thing to a plain lazy susan spinner I picked up on Amazon. I also put an adhesive sign holder on the top. I've been using them for almost a year now and they've worked great! I made 4 spinners for under $100, including the hooks. I can display 40 small-to-medium or 30 large earring styles on each spinner!
Looks great, but I can’t see myself lining all three up perfectly after the first one. That’s really sticky wallpaper.
It looks like contact paper not wallpaper
Love this!!!!❤
One suggestion on the pegboard with wall paper, it might be better to only poke the holes for the pegs you will actually use.
The acrylic board can be pinned to a painted cork board for people who don’t have extra wall space. A container of dry erase markers can be pinned there too.
These are something I really would like to make. I love the shutter, and have a perfect place for it so that's definitely going on my to do list.
Thank you for your videos @Hometalk. Would love them even more if you added all the sourcing for your projects in the info of your videos. Thanx again for helping me be more organized!!
These really are GENIUS! THANK YOU!! 😊
Where do you get the paper?
Yeah, I like the print too!
Very nice ideas. Loved the first one.
I am going to do the peg board and wallpaper tomorrow!
I love all these great ideas
Great ideas👍🏻
So clever 😊
I loved its ideas.
Nice ideas.
Awesome
Excellent
WOW - very cool - I am impressed with the pegboard hack! Most clever. :-)
Great!
Love this. I wish I had wall space for one. Sue C Brannon.
very cool
Awesome ideas ty, I just wonder where you can find those nice looking supplies, because I have never seen any of those at any of the Dollar Tree stores where I live. Maybe it's just because I live in the Southwest and you don't.
how many days did it take you to pop the hole’s through? 😮
May I ask how the pegboard is placed on the wall? Screwed into the wall, nailed or glued to the wall?
Onde posso encontrar esse material
I'm tired of seeing videos (everywhere) stating "I used my cricut, but you could do it be by hand" which reads as I used my cricut but yours could look like crap.
Calenders must be 6 rows, not 5 like shown in the video, of 7 days to fit all 31 days possible for that month.
Yes .
Grand idea , I'm make a Craft Room
What kind of tape.
love the first pegboard idea. the whole video is not pegboard despite the title
This looks amazing. I love the wallpaper and the way the peg board matches. JaniceTNRN
that acrylic must of cost a lot !!!
Oh my. Given the video title, "The GENIUS new way people are using cheap pegboard hooks," I expected to see some ides for using the pegboard hooks. Otherwise, the ideas were good, especially the first one. Since I'm about to put up a pegboard in my sewing room, I have some ideas for making that pegboard look a bit more fancy.
That bulletin board is really cute! That said the outside edge is a PERIMETER NOT a PARAMETER! Big difference!
Nice, just don't have the time.
The only decent diy was the calendar. All the rest look like trash!
