I miss Nigerian FOOD !!. I spent my Salary on Goat/Lamb Pepper Soup with Malt in the early 1980s with my Friends when I was at Enugu. We ate at Pepper Soup Houses in Agbani Road, Uwani, Ogui Road parts of Enugu.

Chineyere show us the Recipe for making a Loaf of Bread that tastes like Our Ladies Bread, Ejidike Bread, Silas Bread.
How about you show us the Recipe for "Akara" and "Akamu". I love thick Akamu with some Sugar cane Cubes added, then 5 Big Balls of Akara.............Hei I am dreaming !!!!. My brother you've been saying it ooo but mba. Restaurant business is not my calling. I don't have the energy and I don't like businesses that will tie me in one place. So many restaurants and food vending businesses have been started with the recipes I upload on this channel. That one is my calling.
All the breads you mentioned are made by my town people. I'm from Agulu, the headquarters of bread bakers and supermarket owners.
      Thank you so much!

Chinyere all you should do is open up an EATERY, and ofcourse name it ........."
