We r waiting for ur new lessons
Oops sorry... I was a bit busy... hope to upload a video soon :)
Could you explain why 'epaa, thank you', but not 'epaa, sthuti'?
Both have the same meaning, but Sri lankan people say thank you in English most of the time... you can use sthutie if you want :) If a Sinhala person say Sthutie, people will look at them with a feeling like "He is a village kinda person" but if a foreigner say sthuthie, Sri lankans will love them.
I don't wont
Mata oona ne ist rigth
Mata= I …??? I don’t understand I thought I was mama or mang please help me (I’m learning)
Mata literally means "to me"
But there are several cases in Sinhala you have to say "mata" even though the English translation is "I/me"
I'm planning to do a video about this.
Mata oona paanaka ist wron,
Mata oona peenak ist reith.
Oh I didn't see the typo.
Yes it should be mata oone paenak

good lesson
Thank you very much
Thank you so much for these lessons!
Perhaps, when you have the time, you could do a lesson on Spoken vs Written Sinhala.
The monks at our temple were kind enough to inform me I had been speaking the written form! Lol!
Haha a lot of foreigners do that mistake. That's why I have been teaching Spoken Sinhala. I hope to create some videos about the difference :)
Thank you madam
Excellent 👌

mata padam karanna oona. mata padam karanna kamati~~^^
Wow that's a good try!. First one is 100% correct! :) But the 2nd one, it's better if you say "Mama padan karanna kamathie". When you talk about something you like, You say Mama/man, not mata. I forgot to mention that in the lesson...
@@LingoCrown_Sinhala Bohoma stutti~~^^ mata teruna 😊
