can definitely empathise re: surgery. needed a particular "necessay" surgery few years ago which went wrong and due to the complications that ensued I'm still going through serious health issues as a result. life basically ruined. I know people usually come on to these channels to seek advice rather than offer it
but if the surgery ain't life/death and you can have a fully functional life without the surgery then, forgo it.

I had surgery right above my heart to take care of something that could’ve been dangerous but turned out to be nothing. Was necessary at the time, but with all of that said I’ve had complications from it ever since. Scar not closing, reopening & leaving a hole in my chest, funny nerve feelings- it’s just been awful. Don’t get surgery unless it’s required.

M. B. No. He probably knows them as lying tricep extensions. It’s just funny that he is the 4x mr Olympia, plus all the silvers he won and he is asking the name of a basic exercise. You would think after all the years in the gym he would have heard it called something different.
body builders work out so much and know so many different lifts that it's just another lift to them and they go years without even thinking about what the name of the lift is. They just go in and do their lifts and leave. It's like when you put in your combo for a locker, you don't think about the combination. Then someone asks you for the combo and you can't remember even though you use the locker every day.

When I'm working out I'm watching Jay tv for extra motivation. I seem to learn
something new every time. When the workout sessions are in the mecca are other
gyms with the clinking weights, it sounds like I'm in the gym. If someone calls
and I'm watching J TV while I'm working out they'll ask me "where you at
the gym" Ill be like "yea bro I'm lifting with J" lol. Even
though I don't have any great lifting equipment it seems like on some body
parts like shoulders I get a better workout at home and it's a lot quicker. But

I actually messaged him and asked him something about dieting (tilapia vs orange roughy) bc jay alwaya at his orange roughy fish competing and he replied! I also saw him guest pose at a New York pro show was amazing he brought the roof down
