For any one wondering, the troubleshooting method might take a while so be patient. I waited for about 30 mins and it fix my problem.

Thank you, 1st control panel method plus auto maintenance wasn't running (since June 2020). Now it's FAST!
It doesnt let me move some of the files, it says its being used in another program
Maybe u need to stop the update first before moving the files
