How to Fix Windows Update Installing Stuck on 0% in Windows 10

In this video, I will show you guys how to fix Windows 10 Update Installing stuck at 0% also you can fix Windows 10 any types of update problem using this same method.
Commands For CMD:
net stop wuauserv
net stop bits
net start wuauserv
net start bits

I wanted to update my windows 10, but when its almost done, its stop downloading and appear Retry box, when i click the retry box, its starting to download again for a second, and then i have to retry it again, i've tried to update my windows 10 twice but still stuck in retry loop, any help?
