Being a Architect, i appreciate the amazing tour of the property, the Architecture and I was happy to see a Site Plan identifying the various areas of the property at 0:59 and 1:25 seconds into the video. Is it possible to do the same for future video's? That would help the viewer understand the various Buildings garden/ pool areas etc. I started viewing your You Tube channel since you posted the first video. The music helps the presentation while watching the property. I assume you may have already noticed, or maybe it was just me, once Danielo began his property presentation a couple of weeks ago, another competitor started doing the same except with different realtors, not just the same presenter . i like he way Danielo describes a little history of the property. Please continue the amazing videos and do add Site plans to help in the orientation of the property.

It for sure would be a great idea to include it in every property, just to let the viewer understand exactly how the rooms are laid out. Ever consider these videos a teaser, and putting a clickable link (window) at the end to take serious buyers for a longer tour? I know I for one would really enjoy learning about the history of the property, a slower tour of the property and even the nearby towns. For example on this one touching on how the property is (seems to be) split into an owners residence and guest/rental accommodations would be of interest especially if they make the property able to recoup some of the ownership expenses. What I’m hinting at is tease those of us who are looking for seasonal homes of the area, business and recreational opportunities, and the ability of the property to sustain itself while we are away.

Most beauty garden & lanscape work / design I have seen ever available between Tuscany farms & wineries & castles in the markets. I like how design differs between the outdoor spaces so dramatically. Interior details & layouts of the buildings were more regular, tuscany style I assume. So far my favorite estate via Romolini Christie´s because of lanscape work done. Very professonal and relaxed atmosphere presentation. I wanted to see the greenhouse, propaply would build it bigger with "Unopiu" italien style.

The only way is to buy this and do a partnership with some major cantine and restaurants and organize some events for tourists with a fair price each ticket and you can stay for weekends. Otherwise it would be just a super expensive house for few bill/millionaires in the world, not a smart investment.
