The villa has alot of potential. I would grow olive trees, grapes for my wine to sell and wheat. Plus rent it out for up and coming directors or even the seasoned ones to pay a fee to shoot movies on the property on off season only the months when it is not being used (which is after harvesting to sustain the healthy balance of the land) The other assets are great views, from every angle are reminiscence of movies of pass.And that entrance of the winding road with cypress trees on both sides of the roadway, is like the introduction to a great historical movie and I want to learn more💕. I hope there is a part 2 to this movie Mr. Danilo Romolini stella presentation 👏👏

Papa Romolini, if that is still you doing the filming, WOW! The incorporation of the drone footage, the use of the field of depth to blur out the backgrounds behind Danilo, the multiple angles during Danilo's monologues, it all kept me saying WOW over and over again... add to that this amazing property... the lovely landscapes, the beautifully restored buildings, that amazing pool... WOW! It looks like it hasn't rained in Italy in a while (I noticed the dryness of the land a few videos ago). No Italian from Danilo today and I was expecting a tour of that amazing swimming spot down by the lake. Thanks for letting me escape the concrete jungle of NYC and visit Italy with you guys. ❤️

This was done by not only someone educated and trained but extremely passionate about design and gestalt!! Every little detail was not missed!!! These videos inspire me to raise the bar for myself as I now begin my design business!! The complete privacy is to die for. Hats off to the designers who transformed this amazing villa and to you Danilo for the eloquent presentation!!!!!
This is truly an exquisite villa in La Toscana , Those italian gardens nicely manicured and the view form the swimming pool is espectacular . Everything is perfect about this villa not to say there is no neighbors around !. Grazie Danilo !
