Danilo Romolini Amazing! I love the unique chandeliers the first one at 10:07 it looks like a drape wrap bowl and the second at 14:19 looks like a blown candy sugar sculpture so beautifully designed. I love these tours such unique structure and home decor designs, you never know what treasures you'll find in these gorgeous villas
Bravo. Over the course of several months, you fixed the boy's speech problem (interrupted flow), and his bad wardrobe choices. You've got him wearing thin, light pants, and you threw away his old man vests & jackets. Now you need to have a make-up person on the shoot to wipe the oil & humidity off his face as the day progresses. Nobody will consider spending $18M on a house where everyone looks greasy & sticky.
Romolini is one the best! Not only you learn about the properties, but also the history, the geography, the weather etc. It almost like watching travelling channels and your guide is a handsome angel. This beautiful property is my #1 favorite one of all the ones that I have seen so far. The drone footage is Magnificent and gives you a Fantastic view of the Villa and surrounding area. Everything about this Villa is perfect inside and out. I wonder if anyone else was as distracted as much as I was by Danilo as he was giving the tour of this property. LOL You're the BEST Danilo!!

I watched this Video with pure joy and amazement. I have so many questions about the history of the people who originally built it and what did they do for a living. Were they merchants, Podestas, royalty? Unbelievable beauty and taste. Oh, why couldn't I have been born rich instead of beautiful?
