hi nick. going through your archives to see some videos i've never viewed and found this beauty. every bit of this property is just fantastic! looking out of those windows in any direction is looking at an italian wonderland! the house is absolutely gorgeous, the other house is just wonderful too! all of the rooms are so livable and comfortable, all the spaces are impecable, gives the air of a grand villa with all the right features that check every box! a feeling of feet on the ground in the rustic looks of old wood and tiles and head in the sky with such views from those perches. i really love this tour because it looks every bit the italian dream home i could only imagine till you showed it :) -- what a truly fabulous job you have! i've seen many videos by now--always a pleasure nick!

Hi nick, just another fabulous to die for rustic barn type conversion/restoration video tour with the best views you could wish for with out door pool, tennis and putting green. Amazing stuff. Are some of these conversions aloud to be used as holiday homes or solely for use as family homes? As i know the law can be different to each country. 10/10 for your efforts

Hi Nick! I know this is an older video, but I just watched-lovely house and guest house, STELLAR views!! In the main house, you commented on some stuff on the walls and said it is part of maintaining these old farm houses. It sounded like you called it salt, but did you mean mold? I am trying to find a way to move to Italy, and as someone with mold toxin illness and sensitivity, the amount of mold in homes there is a concern for me. It’s difficult to compare the risk to here in the US where mold is common in homes but for somewhat different reasons. I wouldn’t be looking at buying a house quite like this (maybe one day!), but even in smaller homes, is it typically just a matter of unchecked humidity?
That area has very little humidity. The air is dry. I did mention salts as almost all the ground floors were used for animals. It’s also very common to have raising damp in small areas. It can be rectified. Best wishes, Nick.

There seems to be a garage type underneath the drive way as you come into the property.either that of uam still drunk from last week!!!!!!!! Take a look at your video and as you pan towards the entrance drive way ,their seems to be a window and door way under the side of the drive way?????

Italians prefer to dry their clothes outside. Hygienic, fresh aroma (also less unnecessary power) Same in Australia.
