Lovely home from the 1800's with a layout that is sort of helter-skelter, but I like it for its charm. Beautiful country views, and it looks relatively isolated for privacy. I certainly would rent it for a holiday getaway. Thanks for giving us so much detail about the home.
Gorgeous property Nick. You have a lot of imagination to appear om screen, bravo. The pool and garden so charmy. The house is not the must remarcable that I saw in your videos, but at last dinning room, kitchen and 1st reception room they are cozy and lovely. The oven at finish of the staircase , it is amaizing. Allways I try to see how, at any retauration, the use and exploitation of the space, and in this case the 2nd reception room is stunning. They loose space to have more space !!! What an idea.I mean that they loose the cieling of the room for a better use of the space. Anyway, this property is lovely and charmy. Not much keeps me up at 10.30pm, but your tour notification fixed that! The property was beautifully maintained. The architecture, the old doors with original knobs and mechanisms , old beams, ceilings and worn steps are all things i'd have on my wishlist. 5 seconds before you spoke about the worn step I said to my husband look at that, years of "wear and tear" and then you said exactly that and we both looked at each other. The unexpected nooks and crannies are what I get most excited about. It was so beautiful and the views were stunning. Thankyou for transporting us to the other side of the world and into the Italian countryside again Nick. ❤🇦🇺🦘

I'm far too modest to imagine that this development to your vlogs is due to my comment a short while back, but it does improve the presentations no end. As for the property.... wow! So much land and so many rooms. I've always loved Tuscany and I understand that Umbria is very similar and very much underrated. Here is not just a property, but a real piece of history and we thoroughly enjoyed this tour. The house, outhouses and grounds go on and on and I imagine it'll be snapped up in no time. Seeing these fascinating properties with their history & extraordinary architectural details is an absolute delight. It is such a shame that here in North America so few people value the beauty & history of aging buildings, and the default seems to be to tear them down in favour of cookie-cutter developments or condominium towers. It is most definitely our loss. As I am currently binging on your videos, I am seeing a wonderful variety of properties, at a selection of price points, & with various pros and cons, however I must admit that (for the price), this one appears to have some less than strategically placed bathrooms. If I'm not mistaken the 3 bedrooms on the mezzanine level would all be serviced solely by the bathroom on the floor below, which might be a little daunting in the wee hours of the night (no pun intended). One thing I must confess that I brace for in every video, is your exploration of interesting nooks, crannies, or relatively unused buildings, which judging by the spider webs are presumably rife with their builders. I pride myself that my Arachnophobia has improved greatly over the years, but whereas I am quite fond of bats and snakes, the thought of an eight-legged beastie getting on you or even near you gives me the chills. Were I to be the creator of your Channel, I don't doubt my tagline would refer to my doing the tours in a full hazmat suit. Anyway, as I continue to catch up on your inventory of past tours, I thank you for your ongoing amazing and Intrepid additions.

Hi Rashmi, Thank you for your comment. It's all to do with the FPS. I'm trying to shoot at 60fps but that's difficult when indoors as lights start flickering.
