My guess was 25 million. How much is the annual tax on this property?
@@pacovl46just subtract .07% of those 18 million euros.. That's how much you'd be paying in property tax.. But it'll also depends if is your primary residence or a luxury house etc..

That is less than I anticipated with almost 40 acres, I assume the property includes the farm fields above and the wooded vale below?
I felt a little sad to hear "we are ending today's property tour ". It must be nice to showcase so many great properties, but this hamlet is in a league of its own. Absolutely wonderful.

In my humble opinion, Danilo's best videos are the ones where he is in the mood to give a lot of history and little anecdotes. As in the best of the videos, the camera takes time to linger upon tiny historical details of the property. What a fascinating property this one is. It's one of those where one really hopes that the new buyer will truly love and respect it and its history for many years to come. Thank you for bringing it to us, Danilo.

Absolutely incredible. A huge extended family could buy it and never get in each other’s way. Vast but every inch is gorgeous.
Boy, the people in the ads RUclips shows me before every Italian-themed video make me physically sick to my stomach. It’s bizarre how the algorithm is programmed to work.
This ensemble of properties is one of the best you have ever shared with us. I really liked how you can still see signs of the defensive nature of the main house, as well. Comfortable, modernized and livable - and all while respecting and maintaining the character and history of the property. Someone spent a great deal of time and effort on this property, passing it along to future generations - they deserve a big thank you.

You had me at "pizza oven". That's really all any home needs. Who can't eat homemade brick oven pizza every day? Nobody, that's who. If I owned this place my family and friends would want to hang out on vacations and never leave, can't have that, I need something small that says "Get a hotel".

Thank you my friend I have not seemed to manage to do one these for a while and this particular is truly magnificent as you said . Over the years I have helped to restore many older properties I am a 4th generation Plasterer when I did my apprentisship back in the early sixties we still used a lot of tradistional methodes and when I look and what is happening to some anceint buildings it pains me .The irony is I was taught in the old Italian way many of and materials I where form your country I trained a couple of blokes from Calabians who went home and did very well for themselves that was in the Seventies and that is the Irony . I am now living Australia .Thanks again I really enjoy the care you take with your presentio ns they are enjoyable to watch sorry for Rambleming I only do that every ten years or so 🫶✌️🦘👍🕊️
