Absolutely loved it all : the line of cypresses, the stone farmhouse with the wisteria over the balcony & views of Cortina and a beautiful hillside church without even stepping side this dream of a house.
The most surprising element of this video, for me, is the artifacts that are still there and unmolested. If it were here in the states, everything would have been looted long ago. Great house, great property. Well done
Just depends on where the house is located. There are videos galore showing homes that were abandoned here in the US and they are almost always undisturbed except for the ravages caused by time. Of course any house in a US city would most likely be destroyed, but not those in rural and country locations!
Extensive renovation, particularly when it comes to adding plumbing pipe, and electrical conduit. It will be complicated by the stone construction that our tour guide is gushing over. Don't get me wrong, the stonework was beautifully done, by master masons, to be sure... but that doesn't change the fact that unless you want exposed conduit in every room of the house? Conduit channels will have to be added, and then plastered over... and that's going to be rather large pain in one's posterior.
Should I ever have property to sell in that region, or wish to purchase (as I one day will) a home there, I cannot imagine anyone better and more enthusiastic to undertake that journey with that you, Nick. What an excellent video, and, more importantly, what an amazing property. Thank you so very much for sharing it with us.

What a unique and stunningly beautiful farmhouse! Everything is just spectacular. Considering it's sheer size and location the price is surprizing!
