I watch your channel in New Zealand every Sunday morning in bed with a coffee. Its a highlight in my week! I fell in love with Italy in my early 20s after beng a nanny in Milano for a year. 35 years later I still dream of livng in Italy. I must admit I prefer the dust and cobwebs ( and your excitement!)of the crumbling original ruins....

Another winner, Nick! A very beautiful apartment ready to move in, well located, and a good price. You might be able to find one cheaper but not in this condition, and it will take you extra money to make it this nice, plus the time and hustle looking for materials, & affordable labor

Hello Dear Nick, I am ready and waiting and sure this will be a wonderful property! wow! I love the ceiling!! OOOOH the curved brick ceiling, I am drooling and we are not even inside the apartment yet. By the way love that there is air conditioning. Oooh security door and alarm system and oh my goodness that wonderful light! Aah love the exposed rocks. love the balcony and what a lovely gentle view! The kitchen....my heart be still...I love the exposed stones and...everything! Oh I love the exposed beams and the dresser! TV room is great and I don't care if the fireplace doesn't work .I can put a candle or two there! Nuhuh the gym becomes an art studio!!! This home is so cohesive with the colors, stones and wood.
