I think one reason why the price is OK is because the agency knows the interior design is appalling. the new owners will need to factor in hundreds of thousands of euros to redecorate - huge amount of work.

I can’t get comfortable in piecemeal additions like this. Levels are confusing especially split levels. They’re illogical to me.
