- so here's the story
the reason i reset my computer is because i can't record on my pc so i thought, if i reset windows surely i can record my pc, and in the end i reset my pc with delete all files menu(second option)
and in the 2nd menu until the end I chose yes and after that I saw that my pc had been reset and I tried to select English but the mouse cursor didn't appear and the keyboard didn't turn on and at that time I thought that it was only temporary it turned out to have been days day still can't
and I ask for help from those of you who know how to solve it, please comment below

alasan saya mereset komputer saya adalah karena saya tidak dapat merekam di pc saya jadi saya pikir, jika saya mengatur ulang windows pasti saya dapat merekam pc saya, dan pada akhirnya saya mengatur ulang pc saya dengan menu hapus semua file (opsi kedua)
dan di menu ke-2 sampai akhir saya memilih yes dan setelah itu saya melihat pc saya sudah direset dan saya mencoba memilih bahasa inggris tapi kursor mouse tidak muncul dan keyboard tidak menyala dan saat itu saya berpikir bahwa itu hanya sementara ternyata sudah berhari-hari tetap tidak bisa

Try entering Safe Mode to repair
Turn off your computer; then, turn it on.
As soon as you see the Windows logo with the spinning dots, press and hold the power button until your computer turns off. Do this process twice.
.-Turn on your computer for the third time, and let it load.
.-You should get this message: Preparing Automatic Repair.
.-On the next screen that would appear, click on Advanced Options.
.-Select Troubleshoot.
.-Go to Advanced Options.
.-Click on Startup Repair.
.-Wait for the repair to finish.

Hey guys idk if this will help anyone. Restart your computer and press the shift key. Then it will re-enter the start up page again. Make sure to click yes for a secondary keyboard. (Use the same language) and then you should be able to type and move the mouse

found a solution that worked for me!!! so my issue was after resetting windows 8.1 my mouse and keyboard didnt respond at all. the solution is simple 1. spam shift button when you turn on pc until the language screen comes, if the pop up message comes press no its called trænge taster. idk what its called in english but spam shift button and then it should work!.

For anyone facing this problem i advice you if you have a spare usb port you can use them but don't use it with the same keyboard or mouse, use a different one and then repair your usb driver. Hope that help

tahun 2024 dan problem ini masih ada, gw heran sama microsoft mereka sediakan fitur reset windows untuk pengguna yg pc nya bermasalah, tapi pas selesai reset malah bermasalah 😂 kenapa mereka gk install driver usb sekalian wkwkwkk. tambah lagi gw baca di microsoft community bnyk orang yg terkendala sama tapi staff microsoft gak bales... parah emang.

The solution to this is use ps/2 port because after complete windows reset in windows 10 it no longer has the drivers for the usb mouse and keyboard.
I already used ps/2 but it doesn't worked out

@Gabina i managed to play around in bios and i disabled fast boot and put the usb support on full initialization but when i managed to install windows still no mouse
